Hi so the day i sighn up i deposit 7plus mbtc on 7bitcasino they give me bonus of same amount so i start playing i reach 110mbtc for playing different game getting bonus win after win for few hours...then i exit check if the bonus is done on play thru not yet 27% more so i chose a gaim again then the game im playing stop winning my ballance is crushing down so i got angry start betting over 1mbtc each spin then i lost most of it i got 10mbtc left then exit...i check on my bonus said no more bonus available...means i finish my play thru so its up to me if i want to widraw or stay but decided to stay i message support told them how come my machine stop winning since playthru is done machine dont win too...then hang up on him i saw that witches brew machine start playing on it up and down bonus not even giving anywins just getting even all the time till few minuits later 5bonus symbol apear thats give me 200mbtc win plus free spin with .00002bet. After the free spin finaly i got 220 or more mbtc so i exit the game wentvto widraw 200mbtc i left sone so i can still play then sighn of to eat when i get back i look on my widrawal discarded and my ballance is only 7plus mbtc so i went to suport i ask what happen to my winnings they sain i violated the max bonus bet...i freak out where is the bonus there when it sain no bonus available that day is my birthday they crush the most happiest day ever....this what exactly happen that day....since then i been trying to comunicate with them they only said one thing i violated...then shot of support everysingle time so i start asking and looking for help ....till now nothing happen...

You should remove your email address from your message Scott.

Seems like a simple issue of betting over the maximum allowed amount while on a bonus, a term as far as I'm aware every online casino uses.

At least you got your deposit back, which is not something all casinos would do.

its my first time sighning up and i deposit real bitcoin money after i win they came up with some bulshit violation on bonus bet when i already finish that play thru look and check my bonus no more then hit the jock potof 200 mbtc..what a scam same thing with bitomania i won 70mbtc they did not pay me too now they came up with excuse cause from us so after depositting few times they just give me back what if i just keep loosing like mbit casino now they dont accept us players too they should give me back all my money too cause i lost a lot in this dam casino....when i win i dont get shit...meaning all this place is only good collecting not paying...
