This happened to me and I lost my $15 AUD winnings on the wagering requirement

I was going to contact support about it but they were away.
I believe it happened because my entry money was paid out of my cash balance when I had a bonus.
To be honest, I didn't expect it. I thought I could withdraw the winnings from the tournament. If I knew that would happen I wouldn't have taken the bonus.

Yeah, my GBP5 or AUD10.12 were bonus funds, lost them pretty quickly anyway

When I finished the tourney, it was only showing up to 15th place as a cash prize.

I won about $7 my currency, a little more than I spent, and it was welcome for my 40th place. I'd played all my continues and thought I was dead in the water.

The amount will depend on which Team you joined and how much you wagered on the qualifying slots.

Since my account currency is AUD i got a nice sum of 170$ to play with now. WR though = 5400$

If I had the money you're asking for I would gladly give it you instead of you asking for more than what we already have been given with this contest.

The intention was good, no doubt about that. But the result is now wrong for everybody else. 100 is not equal to 50, as simple as that. But if you are saying that the casino can’t afford to be fair and give the bonus to all winners, then there is nothing more to say about that.

But one gets 10, other gets 10 + 10 bonus is not the same, regardless that he got the bonus part first.

No blame either way and I can see all points of view, not taking any side and most definatley 'Sitting on the fence' on this one (again!)

However this is an example of what may put's rep's off being so active as they used to be on this forum and offering us these 'CM only' type promos.

I'm sure at some point Mark will probably look at this thread in its entirety and think to himself 'Why Do I bother' lol. (even tho some may self inflicted but hell how busy are these guys and they are human!!)

However on a lighter note , nikantw I have a really nice idea I want to run by you if I end up winning your very generous 'Christmas Contest' which I think you will like!

No I don' think they should give out £500 in bonuses too just because some where given bonus instead.

I didn't care at all about it being bonus and I could have cashed out $90 from it. I didn't ask for the second round at all.

If this is something to be discussed then I'm not sure they will do more contests for us. My suggestion is that you put it to rest. I gladly give what you didn't get...but it will be in bonusmoney and I'm sure Mark can arrange that when I pay
