hi this last 2 weeks been a bit lucky on 21 casino joined them 2 months ago,payouts were done almost instantly but made a withdrawal
of £900 which took me to in profit but not been paid 2 days its under review,asked chhat why and just got t/cs.asked why under review told t/cs.asked if it was the amount that triggered review told t/cs.could take upto 5/7/days.ive had bigger payouts on other casinos and never ran into this problem before.any ideas what under review is.

Last month withdrawals were being processed in 30 mins yesterday that had jumped to 12 hours the same on reel island I had 3 withdrawals sit for 3 days before processing that’s WHG for ya.
Don’t worry to much they will process it and the 5/7 days is the max time it will take to hit your account if in the U.K. and visa direct once processed u should get it with in 2 hours.
