I am not sure how online casinos work in real life this is not a complaint against any casino i just have some questions.


Do only the terms and conditions and the licenses held apply when it benefits the casino but not if benefits the player?

after reading a few complaints, As it seems to me in the online casino world that 'the play' or 'the gamble' overrides all the terms and agreements and the licenses the casino holds, if its in favor of the casino and the terms only seem to only hold power if the casino were to be at a loss, is this correct? as this is what i have been led to believe.

can anyone give me a good answer to this question?

As I feel if it does not work both ways what authority does any of the terms and agreements or the licenses held by the casino even have?

Also in microgaming software how do you know if you been paid does it go from pending to processed in the withdrawal.

When it says in regards to the 5000 per week rule, that progressives do not apply. does a progressive win mean that that cash is no different then deposited money in that you can withdraw as much as you want when ever you want as long as your documents have been approved.

If your casino account says a players 1000 withdrawal was processed then you find you have another 1000 credited into players account but with a withdrawal ban upon it even when its below the 5000 per week rule and there are no wagering requirements and you have broken none of the terms and agreements, what would this 1000 be considered as? real money? bonus money? credited money? money put into the account by mistake?

if i were considered real money would not you be able to withdraw it, having no wagering requirements?
if its a mistake who takes responsibility for this mistake, the player or the casino?

and if there were any kind of win on this cash would it be considered as a legit win or voided citing a casino error?
how would you truly know how much real money is in your account, if money that was processed and received was never shown in your account and there was processed money that showed as withdrawn and processed in your account but never received?
if you could not know how much cash you have or did not have would the casino consider a win valid from such an account?

These are just honest questions may any know the answers

I am just curious as to see how any may honestly answer these legitimate questions, I feel these questions are very relevant. Also can anyone show me in the terms and agreements anything about forced reversals on withdrawals? I need everyone to know these questions have nothing to do with any complaint against any casino, I just would like to know how anybody may honestly answer these questions because i am still unsure of the answers because I can't seem to find legitimate answers to them where as the terms and agreement hold value both for the player and the casino.

because i wish a debate happen in regards to these questions.

No Kevin, these are not legitimate questions to receive, as you put it, "honest answers"..... you are pointing with your questions exactly to the previous case about the progressive win at RV. :eek: :rolleyes:

A few things i will say though to answer all your questions:

- When you sign-up to a casino or any other online site you agree to the Terms&Conditions and this implies that you have read and understood them. If in doubt, ask CS or don't sign up, simple as that. T&C's are binding for players and casinos alike.

- If you are unsure about your account movements/balance ask CS. If the answer is not satisfactory then ask for the PitBoss, still not satisfied ask for the CS manager and ultimately the Casino Manager if at the end you don't have the answers you were looking for.

- YOU and only YOU are responsible for the moneys in your account, be it pending or reversed or whatever!!!

- YOU and only YOU are responsible for hitting the "SPIN" button

FINAL CONCLUSION:

You simply do not blow a 29K Progressive Win away like you did!!! You have patience and restrain yourself until you received it all, no matter how long it takes and regardless of mistakes/reversals/payment problems/KYC procedures.

At any MG casino you can block your account until KYC documents are approved and withdrawals are paid (it says that in the T&C's) and that is what you should have or as a matter of fact any responsible gambler would have done.

Certainly not going on a bender and wasting 29K in just over 1 week :eek: :mad: That is pure madness!!!

P.S. You are not answering to questions again. :rolleyes: :confused: Did you have any progress/success with your complaint to the MGA/eCOGRA???

i do have a good response for you, but you answered not as i hoped so as it might reveal the climax to the story before its time

is there anything in the terms and agreements in regards to reversals that are not requested on already processed money?, I am not a problem gambler the way i regulate my spending is through withdrawals. What if a casino discredits itself to the extent the money becomes unreal to a player by tampering with the account so as to not allow a player to know how much the player really has or has been paid that would be a very nasty thing to do to a player especially if the player is a newbie.

What terms are you looking for? The casinos have to handle somehow the withdrawals. They, or as you put it "Processed money", will always show as processed when:

- withdrawal is paid in full to the chosen method
- withdrawal failed and amount was returned to your account
- withdrawal was paid only to the max. amount/ day, week or month and the reminder reversed into your account
- withdrawal was partially reversed by the player and the reminder was paid
- withdrawal was reversed in full by the player, either in one shot or in partial amounts

That is just simple accounting. I can't think of any other way they could handle it.

You can always ask CS to provide a detailed statement, i posted one in the previous thread. If in doubt, contact the PitBoss or CS manager. Simple as that Kevin!!!!

Progressive win is considered the players money without any kind of hold upon it correct?
Why should any player be punished for a progressive win? all control taken from the players account, withdrawn money that was processed and received but never showing in the players account as processed, an money that was said processed but never paid showing in the players account.. If the player cannot trust the casino reps and it been proven over and over and over again then what else can the player trust in but his players account?

YOU MUST REALIZE MY WINNINGS WERE REVERSED OVER 5 TIMES AS I KEPT WITHDRAWING FINALLY I GAVE UP BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT WAS LOCKED THE MONEY WAS FORCED INTO IT AND ALL I COULD DO WAS GAMBLE IT MAKING THE WIN UNREAL. AN ACCREDITED CASINO WAS DOING THIS IF THEY HAD ANY INTENTION OF PAYING ME I WOULD HAVE BEEN PAID!!! AND MGA DOES NOT JUST REOPENED A CASE AND IT DID. THE JUGGLING OF MY MONEY THE NON-PAYMENTS THE BREAKING UP OF THE WIN INTO PIECES NOT SHOWING THE WITHDRAWALS PAID AND NOT PAID BY THE CASINO FORCED MANY FORCED REVERSALS ON MY CASH AND THE OVER 13 TIMES I WITHDREW THE MONEY, I TRYED TO WITHDRAW IT ALL AT ONCE BUT IT WOULD NOT LET ME!!! THEN BEIN TOLD I HAD A 5000 A WEEK LIMIT PUT ON A PROGRESSIVE. IF THE CASINO HAD ANY INTENTION OF PAYING ME I WOULD HAVE BEEN PAID. I DID ALL THAT WAS REQUIRED OF ME BY THE 8TH OF OCT THE FIRST PAYMENT SHPULD HAVE BEEN ALL THE PAYMENT AS IT WAS DONE ON THE 9TH AND I HAD ALL MY MONEY WITHDRAWN AND IT HAD BEEN PROCESSED!!!!!
