Karamba Casino is one of the least inspiring casinos we’ve ever encountered. Combine that with dodgy marketing practices, slow payouts, and virtually no bonuses, and you’d be hard-pressed to find a reason to play here!

If you cannot use the live chat system or prefer not to, Karamba Casino also offers customer support via email. The online casino does not state how long it takes for them to respond to emails. However, we would estimate that it takes between 24 and 48 hours.
As a general rule of thumb, you should always use live chat. It reduces delays and offers you the best chance of getting your problem resolved on the spot. However, you should realize that Karamba is unlikely to offer the best customer support. The casino is notorious for slow payouts.

Website Experience and Features
Desktop and Mobile Gaming
When we started to write this Karamba Casino review, one of the first things we noticed was the casino’s lazy, dated design. Their website is very bland, and it’s clear they simply don’t care about design. The website looks like something you would expect to have seen ten years ago.
Even browsing the casino from a laptop made things go out of place. The games do not render correctly, and the navigation menu is barely visible. Once you load the games up, they play fine, but visually, Karamba Casino has done a terrible job.
In today’s day and age, where competition has never been so apparent, it’s bizarre that Karamba Casino thinks they can get away with such a poor-looking casino. Every part of their website, from their mobile casino, sports betting platform, and even their progressive jackpot games section, looks awful.
The story is the same over in their mobile casino. Again, it looks like a rushed job. Menus and images appear in the wrong places, and loading speeds are relatively slow. Again, once the video slots and games are loaded, it works — but until then, it’s like sifting through a minefield.
Karamba Casino has a LOT of work to do when it comes to design. As of now, their website looks like a complete mess. We are amazed that people are even happy to deposit money at such a low-quality-looking website.

Given that Karamba is a relatively small sportsbook, they don’t have the selection of betting markets you might find at some of the more prominent bookmakers. They offer a wide variety of sports, including Football, Basketball, Tennis, Ice Hockey, Volleyball, Aussie Rules, Baseball, Boxing, Cricket, Cycling, Darts, E-Sports, American Football, Golf, Horse Racing, and MMA.

Unfortunately, live streaming is yet to make an appearance at Karamba. While it’s likely that we will see it in the future, for now, at least, it’s not offered.
Karamba’s in-play betting facilities are OK, at best. You will find yourself able to access all of the in-play betting options by pressing the “In-Play Betting” tab on the top-most navigation menu. You can view all of the in-play games available and place bets.
However, much like their casino, the sportsbook is dated, it looks ugly, and it’s anything BUT user-friendly.

During the base game in Thunderstruck II, the Wild Storm feature can trigger randomly. This transforms between one and five reels into wild reels. If you land 3, 4, or 5 of the scatter symbols anywhere in view, you will trigger the main free spins bonus round. Before the free spins begin, you get to pick one of four free spins bonuses.
Most players choose the ten free spins. During these free spins, all wins are multiplied by 5X. Plus, if you form a win using one of the wild symbols, it’s multiplied by 10X! Thunderstruck II is an old game, but it’s a timeless classic.

There are just a few variations of roulette, blackjack, and baccarat. There are even fewer games in the Karamba mobile casino to choose from. Again, it’s a disappointing offering, and we’d expect the casino to do a LOT better.
Progressive jackpots
Karamba Casino does not appear to offer any progressive jackpot games right now. This is very strange, in our opinion. Progressive jackpots are sought after by almost all players, and it’s very unusual for a casino not to offer any.
Still, we suppose it’s in keeping with the rest of the offerings at Karamba Casino. It’s a poorly-built, poorly-operated, and poorly-managed online casino.
About the Team and History
Karamba Casino is owned and operated by Aspire Global Ltd. The online casino is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission. In theory, this should mean the online casino is well-regulated.
Unfortunately, their regulators have ignored some pretty damning evidence of misdoings. Below, we will show you why we have concerns about this online casino.
Complaints and Track Record
Unfortunately, Karamba Casino has a relatively poor reputation in the forums. In this thread, industry expert Trancemonkey revealed that Karamba Casino was using fake and misleading videos in their adverts. Here’s what he said:
“As can be seen in the following video, Karamba uses fake and misleading videos in their advertisements. The advert and video were on Facebook, from their official channel. The video can be found here:
Firstly, he’s playing at 25.00 a spin (but even though he’s in the UK, he’s using DKK, as can be seen in the video if you pause it and look at the bank/win/stake meters).
Therefore he hasn’t won the values he’s starting at all. Also, the reaction when they get the “MEGA WIN” is fake… This video is a scam. Do NOT trust this casino. Also, five diamonds (at 25.00 a spin) would be 40x, 1000. Certainly not the 10k they say in the video.
This casino gets dodgier every day. They still have the “Every 5th spin is a sure win” line, although now they have “*on average” after I complained and threatened them with UKGC. However, now they have taken this piss once too many times, and this time I think I should go straight to the UKGC and ASA.
Another player, BillalKH, had this to say about the online casino:
“I have been playing at karamba.com for a while now and never had an issue with withdrawal until this week when I won big! I started the deposit with 1000 NOK (100 Euro) and won 270 000 NOK. No bonus, no nothing. I deposited it through a visa.
So now I want to cash out. The maximum withdrawal per month is 70 000 NOK. That’s fair enough. But when I cash out, my withdrawals get denied, and no email/phone call, etc., to tell me why. I find this very weird. I contact support, and they tell me they have problems transferring money to Norway. A licensed casino has a problem transferring money to a player? Sounds fishy. The reason for this is that in December, I won 30 000 NOK and withdrew that money and got it through bank wire. Now all of a sudden, bank wire doesn’t work in Norway.
Then they tell me that I have a big problem because of this. They tell me I need to get a Skrill or Neteller account ( in Norway, Skrill and Neteller aren’t allowed for gambling). I tell them this, and they say I have to wait for the manager to help me. I get frustrated, of course, but I feel helpless. It feels like the money will never get to my account…..
