hi guys, i need some help i signed up to goldenlion and won £110, around 8 days ago i made my withdrawal, after making sure my account was fully up to date and fully verified, yet my withdrawal is still pending in my account after all this time. is this a scam site? i cant see any gaming license information apart from goldenlion is owned and operated by Goldenlion LTD of and its fully owned subsidiary, Goldenlion LTD Address Hollandia 87 perst H18. goldenlion operates under Master License 854151. but as im not that clued up on what this all means, i need someone who has more knowledge than me to give me some guidence please. ive contacted them but get the same typical response that all these sites seem to give. "payments take 7-21 days" but in all the years ive used gambling sites, ive never known a site to take soo long in processing withdrawals, is this basically them just stalling and not wanting to pay me out? any information regarding this company would be a huge help, thanks a lot.

I think you need to read #5 on the bullshit bingo list again - admittedly your closure here is in a different context, but nevertheless if you've come to their shithole casino in the first place, in their perverted criminal minds it's likely you found them on a scam affiliate site along the lines of 'NON-Gamstop Casinos for UK' or something. This suggests to them you are a PG and those are what they parasite from most of all, their favourite victims. With that in mind, you'll find it hard to close your account via the interface (if you did they would probably ignore it, or at the very least reactivate it by sending you spam encouragement to play again.)

While there's still a chance they can suck more cash from you, nothing will change apart from the fact you'll get slightly more plausible excuses for your non-payment, which is permanent alas.

Ah Dedf0x sorry to see this. Probably teaching you to suck eggs here, but if you look at the very bottom of any online casino there should be a link to their UKGC license. If it's not there they aren't legit, even if it is you should click the link to make sure it actually takes you to the license.

This casino sends out spam sms many times a week. I have information if the mods want to DM me, rather than me post on a public forum. But I recommend, anyone who lost money, to contact their bank or creditcard and chargeback. They are not UK GC licenced. There was case law of Players in Germany, getting all their money back from legit Malta casinos. So getting money back from non UK GC sites, should be straight forward. As mentioned earlier, all games and copied and hacked, and not from genuine slot providers.

If you look at the transaction, there might be a company name or something? That's where google can be your friend - people might be posting somewhere trying to figure out the same thing.

There is a rogue casino group out there somewhere that uses the name "casinomeister" as their payment processor just so I get people contacting me demanding their money back - and yeah, I get those emails!
