    Vegas2Web Unacceptable Delays

    Hi Guys

I decided to take a chance on a Rival casino because I miss the games, and V2W seem to have a following.

I made a withdrawal 2 weeks ago which took 3-4 days to reach Moneybookers, which whilst normally unacceptable to me, I let it go as it was my first cashout.

However, I requested a cashout 5 days ago and I still haven't seen a penny.

Delays for US players are understandable - very annoying for US players, but nevertheless understandable. Delays for NON-US players are not able to be explained away, and can only be the result of casino policy.

IMO a casino who takes more than 48 hours to process a cashout does not care about their players, and this is a view I have always held. It's a shame that more people don't insist on it, as casinos would then be forced to pay faster instead of holding your money hostage....but we get what we put up with, whereas we should be getting what we want.

Personally, I would avoid V2W until they decide to show they value their players when they withdraw, and not only when they deposit.

No its not ok but the ops of many threads focus on the wrong issues. As a reputable group I must say I am terribly disappointed with them recently unless of course each and every slow payment complaint are fabricated.

Thanks for this Nifty. I have yet to play there since Villento referred me. If your having issues with slow pay then imagine what us USA players experience? Ugh! It's frustrating and it sucks!

IMO- I think some facilities (not many, but a select few) do take advantage and hold our monies(US) hostage under the guise of the red tape and processing delays.

I don't think they are all fabricated Chuchu. Of course anyone awiting payment wants instant gratification. As a long time player of online gaming I am not one to normally jump in and moan "where's my money?". I have waited weeks to be paid from other places but was eventually paid. What kept me sane was their constant effort to keep me updated on what was happening.

I do rely on my spidey sense and when conflicting information is given by the said establishment (CW), that raised a red flag for me.

Back in the day I remember when players from all over would complain when they weren't paid in 48hours. I miss Neteller. *sigh* Times have changed.

    Nifty,
In another thread I covered that it took me from 7/20 (date w/d requested) until 8/23 for funds to hit my bank. That was my initial experience on w/d. It was explained after many, many emails as a problem that impacted a "batch of transactions with their processor". I went back and forth with support and my VIP rep about my huge disappointment on how it was handled since they implied I wasn't being truthful to the point I had to send in my bank statement to prove that I hadn't received the funds.

After the month went by, I did finally get my funds and they reassured me it would be better. They also gave me a $150 free play bonus as consideration for the inconvenience.

So I went back and played that $150 FP and turned it into $600 cashable and requested a w/d on 8/31, it was approved 9/1 - but still waiting on funds to hit my bank via wire. Now today is a Banking holiday so am expecting it sometime next week, but am tracking it carefully. This is their final chance with me. It needs to go smoothly or I will be gone.

Can you please point me to these non-US payment issues?

I've always been paid in under 48 hours for withdrawals, and my "other"payments from them are always instant.

I am sure some of the complaints are genuine but we must understand that many ops of certain threads simply dont understand how to post legitimate complaint and focus on the wrong details. I truly do not believe everything is well at CWC because being the usual reputable group they should easily have grasped the payment issues and rectified them before they deteriorated. Just too many complaints for my liking.

Please stick to the topic at hand. Less of the petty personal issues would be a good thing too. Thank you for your cooperation.
