Wisespin Casino
A new sweepstakes casino 575 slots and a solid welcome package
WELCOME BONUS: 20,000 GOLD COINS
+ 2 Sweepstake Coins
Casinomeister’s Verdict
Wisespin is a slots-focused sweepstakes casino from a new operator called Avento 360 LLC. The casino clearly targets slot players, with a library of 575 games that are exclusively slots. We liked the multi-part daily login bonus, and the fact that Wisespin is a standalone casino rather than yet another clone site gives it a certain freshness.
On the downside, the site seemed unfinished in some sections, so it’s not really living up to its full potential yet. Plus, if you’re looking for more gaming variety beyond slots, there are clearly better options out there.

Wisespin Casino Overview
While most modern sweepstakes casinos offer a variety of game types, from tables and live dealer games to arcade and crash games, Wisespin is all about slots. Clearly, this will disappoint plenty of players who like a more rounded gaming experience. However, if you’re happy to stick to slots, Wisespin is a solid option.
The welcome bonus consists of 20,000 GC and 2 free SC. There are a couple of discounts on your first GC purchase too, including an excellent 150% extra bonus when you spend $9.99.
Otherwise, promotions are a mixed bag. Confusingly, there is both a Rewards section and a Promotions section in the main menu, but the Promotions section was always empty whenever we checked it.
The daily login bonus is one of the better ones we’ve seen. It’s worth 5,000 GC and 1 free SC and it appears via pop-up when you log in, with no need to build up a streak. You also get to spin a prize wheel once per day, which rewards you with either GC, SC or VIP Points.
The Rewards section contains subsections for both Missions and Tournaments, but both of them were empty. We found this frustrating: it’s as if Wisespin has put the building blocks in place for a good variety of promotions but just hasn’t taken the final step.
The VIP Club is more positive. Even though we didn’t make a lot of progress after just a week of testing, we appreciate how detailed Wisespin is about the benefits you get from each new level.
Wisespin went live in July 2026 and doesn’t have any sister sites. Its reputation is still developing online, with a 2.8 rating on TrustPilot last time we checked. Many users complain about the lack of effective customer support, which chimes with our experience for this Wisespin review.
How Does Wisespin Casino Work?
Wisespin adopts the usual social casino / sweepstakes model based around Gold Coins and Sweep Coins. These are what you use to play games, instead of betting real money like you would at a regular casino.
Gold Coins are for free social gaming. They aren’t good for any prizes and can’t be withdrawn, and you can buy more if you run out of your free supply.
Sweep Coins are the promotional sweepstakes currency. You can’t buy them, but it’s fairly easy to pick them up through various promotions, including the daily login bonus, AMOE mail-in requests and as a free bonus when you buy GC.
Spending money is entirely optional at Wisespin. Its gaming model has been carefully designed to comply with sweepstakes regulations, and not fall under gambling laws.
Wisespin Casino Games
If you like slots, you’ll enjoy the game lineup at Wisespin. Otherwise, not so much.
We counted a total of 575 games, all of them slots. The way the lineup is presented is superficially attractive, with nicely spaced-out icons that load and scroll quickly. However, when we tried to drill into the library more, we quickly became frustrated.
There are very few categories here, and no way to sort the menu by things like theme, game mechanic or provider. It meant we ended up scrolling a lot and typing random words into the search bar to see what came up. There is also no definitive list of software providers available, which is standard across most sweeps casinos.
Things improved once we started actually playing games. The software and graphics were consistently sharp and ran perfectly with no lag. Fish Store from OnlyPlay was a standout game, with modern 3D design and plenty of in-built jackpots.
Again, the lack of organization made it difficult to get a definitive handle on the different types of mechanics at the casino, but we found Megaways games, Hold & Wins, cascading reels, cluster pay slots and more.
The flipside to all of this is that Wisespin doesn’t have any other types of games apart from slots. Live dealers, RNG table games, video poker, arcade games, none of these are available, and can all be found at plenty of other sweepstakes casinos.
For that reason, Wisespin is only really suitable for a very specific type of player: namely, someone who likes slots and nothing else.
Wisespin Casino Software Providers
We couldn’t find a definitive list of software providers on the site, and customer support couldn’t help us out either (more on that later). However, we saw plenty of familiar names from browsing the library, including the likes of Betsoft, BGaming, and Booming Games, as well as some less well-known ones like Funky Games.
Not being able to simply see all the providers and filter the menu by them was frustrating. It’s another area where Wisespin’s software falls short compared with competitors.
Wisespin Casino Banking Options
You aren’t required to spend any money to play at Wisespin. The casino credits your account with 20,000 GC and 2 free SC as soon as you sign up, and you’ll get more free GC and SC every day from the login bonus.
However, you can also buy more Gold Coins if you want, which come with some free SC as a bonus.
There are a handful of boosted options available for your first purchase, and Wisespin regularly offers better value than the standard price of 1 free SC for every $1 spent on GC. Check out all the packages below:
- $4.99 – 25,000 GC
- $9.99 – 75,000 GC + 25 free SC (first purchase bonus)
- $19.99 – 100,000 GC + 40 free SC (first purchase bonus)
- $49.99 – 250,000 GC + 60 free SC
- $99.99 – 500,000 GC + 110 free SC
- $149.99 – 1,000,000 GC + 152 free SC
Despite the strong value for money, it’s a smaller selection of price points than usual. At some sweeps casinos, you can create your own GC/SC package by simply choosing how much you want to spend.
The banking options at Wisespin are bare-bones. You can pay via credit card only, while prize redemptions are sent back to your bank account in cash.
All bonus SC needs to be played through 1x before it can be redeemed, and you need at least 100 eligible SC to request a prize. If you haven’t purchased GC, your SC prizes are limited to $300 via the free SC you get from the no deposit welcome bonus and other free promos. This rises to $10,000 per day with free SC from purchases.
Both purchases and redemptions were relatively smooth for us, but we did miss having more flexible banking options. We were able to redeem $112 in prizes during our week of reviewing, which took 48 hours to land in our bank account.
Is Wisespin Casino Safe?
Yes, we’re confident that Wisespin is a safe and legit sweeps casino based on everything we discovered during our review. That said, we also acknowledge that Wisespin is a new site and doesn’t have the established reputation of its older competitors.
The library at Wisespin is stocked by trusted gaming software providers like Betsoft and Evoplay. These companies have a proven track record of using independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, so that every spin is fair and unpredictable.
Wisespin protects the personal and banking information it gathers using strong 256-bit encryption. It also has a detailed Privacy Policy explaining how it processes and uses data.
We were able to sign up and start playing after providing our name and age, but we had to complete KYC verification before we could request a redemption.
Wisespin is one of the only sweeps casinos we’ve seen that includes a prominent “Get AMOE Code” button on its homepage. We like this approach, in contrast with most sites where the AMOE info is buried in a long Sweepstakes Rules document.
There is also a detailed Responsible Gaming page, and Wisespin offers various tools to help you manage your gaming. Unfortunately, you need to go through a lengthy customer support process to get them set up. Here’s what’s available:
- Turn on GC purchase limits
- Turn on play time limits
- Take a Break for 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days.
- Self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or indefinitely.
Legal Status of Wisespin Casino
Wisespin describes itself as a “play-for-fun website” that “does not offer real-money gambling”. Instead, it operates under laws designed for promotional sweepstakes contests. It’s free to join and to play, and the promotional token (Sweep Coins) can only be received as part of a free promotion.
To sign up with Wisespin, you need to be at least 18 years old physically located in one of the 31 legal states.
Wisespin Casino Customer Support
We had a frustrating experience with Wisespin customer support, which could do with an overhaul.
The site has what appears to be a live chat box, but after answering a series of time-consuming intro questions it finally only lets you create a support ticket and wait for a response via email. We noticed that “Live Chat Support” is listed as one of the benefits once you reach level four of the VIP club, so perhaps the service becomes more useful then.
It’s a similar story with the “Help Center.” When we opened this section we expected to find a list of FAQs or articles explaining the site, but again it just redirects to a ticket tool.
Even worse, Wisespin simply didn’t respond to our tickets for several days. Finally, when we sent an email to [email protected], we got a response. The team member wasn’t able to give us a list of all the software providers on the site, but did clarify some questions about the banking options.
Overall, lots of room to improve here, starting with adding some FAQs and revamping the frustrating live chat.
Wisespin Casino Review Summary
We’re left with the impression of a sweepstakes casino that has a lot of potential, but it is simply not living up to it in full yet.
First, the positives. The welcome bonus, the first purchase bonus, and the daily login bonus (all important pillars of the best sweepstakes casinos) are all easy to claim and valuable. We liked how easy it was to keep playing for free; thanks to GC and SC, we picked up from the fixed login bonus and the daily prize wheel.
We’re happy to recommend the gaming library for casual slot fans who don’t need thousands of games on tap. Anyone who doesn’t fit the description should probably consider a different sweeps casino.
Customer support just wasn’t up to scratch, with awkward tools and very slow response times. We’d also like to see more banking options added and fewer empty sections on the website, like “Promotions” and “Tournaments”.
We’d also love to hear from you. If you’ve played at Wisespin, why not share your opinions over in our Casinomeister forums to let other players know what to expect.
