We like to see both e-wallets and traditional banking methods accepted, so this covers pretty much all the bases. 

Confusingly, Pulsz Bingo mentions PayPal in the FAQs, but this option didn’t appear for us when we actually went to buy coins.

We found the redemption process very straightforward, and especially appreciated being able to redeem gift cards starting from just 10 SC. When we tested out a cash transfer, it took just over a day for our $120 redemption to arrive in our Skrill account.

We found the customer support at Pulsz Bingo to be pretty good but with definite room for improvement. 

First up, we always check out the help section or FAQs, and Pulsz Bingo has a good range of articles that describe the basics of the site. We did notice that some of them seemed to be out of date, however – like the references to PayPal – which isn’t ideal. 

Our favorite sweepstakes casinos let you get in touch with them in real-time, ideally via live chat support. That is not possible at Pulsz Bingo. Instead, you’ll need to send a support ticket and wait for a response via email. 

During the couple of weeks, we spent testing Pulsz Bingo, the response times ranged from a couple of hours to more than a day. It’s not the end of the world, but it could be better for sure.
