There is a lot to like about Legendz. Aside from the diverse gaming menu, there are plenty of ways to pick up free bonus GC and SC, as well as excellent customer support that includes 24/7 live chat. The platform is available in both English and Spanish, which is a nice touch.

That said, we also found areas that could be improved, including the time limit for claiming the first purchase bonus, and the high redemption requirements for sweeps prizes.

Legendz went live in November 2024, after a fair amount of fanfare and pre-launch promos on social media. The platform is available in 43 states in the US and you can choose to play in either English or Spanish. The restricted states are Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Washington.

With just over 320 casino games in total, it’s not the biggest menu in the sweepstakes world. However, the diversity and quality is very high, with slots, virtual table games, and live dealer tables all available, with some fun variety games like Mines and Rock Paper Scissors thrown in for good measure.The menu is stocked by a total of 13 reputable software providers, including Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming and Playson.

The social sportsbook is in a separate section to the casino games, and offers all the same types of bets and sports you’ll find at regular real money sportsbooks. 

All of the games and sports wagers can be played using either Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins. You’ll get a free starting bonus of 500 GC and 3 SC as soon as you sign up and verify your cell phone. There is also a 10% boost available on your first purchase of Gold Coins, providing you use the offer within 60 minutes of signing up.

We’re really not fans of this time limit. Most sweepstakes casinos offer a bonus on your first purchase with no time limit, and seeing that time ticking down feels like Legendz is trying to pressurize players into spending money. Outside of this, the variety of ongoing promos at Legendz is impressive.

Legendz features a menu of over 320 casino games – including four live dealer tables – as well as a sportsbook. While many sweepstakes casinos out there are specialists in one type of game or another, Legendz is a true jack of all trades. We’ve noticed that the games menu is still growing too, with new additions arriving in the weeks after launch. 

Slots make up the majority of the catalog, which is always the case. You can choose between popular formats like Slingo, Hold & Wins and Cascading reels. There are sweepstakes versions of classic real money slots too, like Wolf Golf from Pragmatic Play and Book of Ra from Novomatic.

Outside of slots, there is a decent selection of virtual table games and some fun Legendz exclusive arcade style games, including Mines, Coin Flip and Rock, Paper, Scissors.

More impressively, Legendz is one of the relatively few sweepstakes casinos to offer live dealer games. They are produced exclusively for Legendz in partnership with Live 88 and include blackjack, baccarat, and roulette. 

The variety of games means that it’s easy to recommend Legendz to all kinds of players, but it’s a must-play for anyone interested in social sports betting as well as casino games. 

Right now, the big absence in the gaming menu is jackpot slots, which are common at other sweepstakes casinos but not at Legendz. If jackpots and progressives are your thing, we can’t recommend Legendz.

The games at Legendz are provided by a selection of 13 software providers, with a good mix of established classic and newer companies. The quality is high across the board, and it’s nice to see classic games like Gates of Olympus alongside unfamiliar titles waiting to be discovered. You can purchase Gold Coins via bank card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover) or Skrill. It’s nice to see Skrill here, since plenty of sweeps casinos exclusively require bank card purchases. The range of GC packages is decent, although it would be nice to see an even lower option for more casual players. For instance, at McLuck you can buy Gold Coins starting from $1.99. 

You need to win at least 100 SC to request a prize redemption, which is available via cash transfer or gift card. One Sweeps Coin is redeemable for $1 in prizes. Surprisingly, the 100 SC minimum is the same whichever method you choose – normally gift cards are available starting at a lower denomination. We’d like to see this changed, too. 

Aside from the unfavorable limits, we found the redemption process extremely smooth at Legendz. You are guided through the process step-by-step and our bank transfer redemption arrived in just over 48 hours.

As a relatively new site – it launched in November 2024 – Legendz doesn’t have much of a reputation in the industry to go off just yet. Legendz’ parent company is called Silver Swan LTD, an iGaming company which is headquartered in Cyprus since 2023. Unlike many sweepstakes operators, Silver Swan doesn’t appear to operate any other US sweeps sites yet. 

Still, all the early signs are good that Legendz is safe and legit. The fact that reputable software providers like Pragmatic Play and Novomatic are happy to work with them is a good sign, with their games regularly independently tested for fairness. The outcome is determined by a Random Number Generator, meaning every spin or round is unique and impossible to predict. 

You need to complete KYC procedures before you can redeem sweepstakes prizes at Legendz, which is a standard requirement for legitimate sweeps sites. Your personal information is protected by “physical, electronic and operational safeguards” according to Legendz’ Privacy Policy, although it doesn’t go into much more detail than that. 

Perhaps most impressively, Legendz has some excellent Responsible Gaming tools and resources. You can easily set daily, weekly and monthly purchase limits, turn on Reality Check notifications to help you manage your time, and request time-out breaks. Legendz also directs struggling players to external support organizations, like Gaming Addicts Anonymous (GAA) and Net Nanny.

We only have positive things to say about the customer support we received at Legendz, which is among the best in the sweepstakes industry. 

First of all, they offer instant live chat support, which is the gold standard. Any time we had a quick question during our Legendz review, it was easy to just open up the chat box and get fast answers. The agents were always friendly and knowledgeable. 

Although it’s always available, the live chat box doesn’t seem to be 24/7 and we ended up getting a reply via email when we asked a question late at night. You can also get email support via submitting a ticket, or simply by emailing support@legendz.com. We tested this too and received a response the same day. 

There is an FAQ section that does a good job of answering simple questions and explaining the basics of the site. 

The only thing missing here is phone support, which you can find at some sites. However, live chat is ultimately superior, in our opinion.

After spending more than 14 hours getting to know Legendz, we are happy to report that there is a lot to like about this site. Let’s run through our highlights again.

The menu of 320 is pretty standard for a sweepstakes casino and we’ve definitely played on sites with more. However, the variety of gaming available at Legendz is truly excellent, with a creative and diverse selection of slots, table games, live dealer games and exclusive originals. The social sports betting is the icing on the cake, meaning there really is something for all types of players. 

We loved the customer support we received, and the responsible gaming tools were very impressive too. 

In terms of improvements, the 10% first purchase bonus is nothing to write home about, and the hour long time limit to claim it felt like pressurizing casual players into making a purchase. We’d love to see it scrapped. The 100 redemption limit could be lowered too, at least for gift cards.
