It’s a fun and accessible way for beginners to get into sports betting, but more experienced players may miss the absence of classic bets like moneylines or futures.

As usual, slots make up the majority of the gaming menu. KicKr features games from 13 different software providers, including big names like Relax Gaming and Evoplay. There are also a handful of originals designed in-house by KicKr. 

Away from slots, there are a couple of virtual poker games and a selection of scratch cards. However, there is definitely room for improvement here. We’d like to see the likes of blackjack, roulette, and baccarat added, plus live dealer games. 

The KicKr sportsbook offers a simplified version of sports betting, somewhere between traditional parlays and DFS contests. You simply choose the game or event (like an individual NBA game, for instance) and then choose between some simple outcomes to enter the contest. For instance, you might bet on Steph Curry to go over 30 points, the Warriors to score over 215.5 points, and the Warriors to win -7.5. 

If all those outcomes happen, you win the contest. 

It’s definitely a stripped-down, beginner-friendly way to bet on sports. In our opinion, KicKr is a good introductory platform for casual sports fans but less so for experienced or advanced bettors.

KicKr hosts games from a good variety of software providers and hosts their own originals, too. You’ll find recognisable names from the likes of Evolplay and Relax Gaming, but also new releases from more niche providers like Peter & Sons and Swintt.

Prize redemptions are processed via gift card (starting at 50 eligible Bucks) or via cash transfer, which starts from 200 Bucks. This is very high for a cash prize transfer, and we’d definitely like to see KicKr lower this minimum requirement. 

Minimum requirements aside, we found the redemption process very straightforward at KicKr. It’s as simple as choosing the amount, entering your bank details, and waiting. In our case, the money came through in 48 hours.

Yes, all the signs suggest that KicKr is a safe and legitimate sweepstakes casino. The casino is owned by Kickr Games Pty Ltd, with offices in Australia, Manchester, and New Hampshire. There isn’t a ton of detail out there about the company, but you can easily access its licensing information online. 

Some of the security measures at KicKr include:

Customer support could be improved at KicKr, in our opinion. At the moment, there is no way to get in touch with a person in real time, which is a big drawback. Instead, you can send an email or use the KicKr ticket system to submit a question and get a response via email. 

We got same-day responses when we tested this out, and the information was good. Still, it’s no substitute for real-time support. 

KicKr also has a very detailed FAQ selection in their Knowledge Base section. We liked the way everything is organized and split up into different categories, making it easy to learn more about KicKr.

Overall, we’re satisfied with the support on offer, but live chat or phone support would definitely improve things.

KicKr has a lot going for it, but it’s not the perfect platform. We spent a total of 14 hours getting to know the casino and sportsbook, and we can see lots of positives. 

The smaller than average menu of casino games, along with the simplified version of sports betting on offer, makes KicKr a great choice for casual players and beginners, in our opinion. If you’re looking for a way into the (sometimes overwhelming) world of sports betting, KicKr’s picks are ideal.

More advanced sports bettors and players looking for live tables and casino games may be disappointed with the selection and prefer a more detailed platform. 

We loved the generous welcome bonus, and the daily drip rewards mean you virtually never run out of free Bits. If you’re predominantly interested in playing for free ahead of redeeming prizes, KicKr is a great choice.
