Our JackpotRabbit review has everything you need to know about this sweepstakes casino, which went live in late 2024 and is currently available for players in 40 US states. JackpotRabbit is heavy on slots, with close to 450 games on the menu and a handful of fishing games thrown in too. 

The flipside is that there are table games or live dealer games, which is a weak point compared with some other sweepstakes casinos. 

We found a lot more to like about JackpotRabbit, including some unique and valuable promotions, great customer support, and some good purchase boosts for new players. We found some things that we think could be improved, too, and we’re going to get into them.

Before writing our JackpotRabbit review, we spent a minimum of 14 hours exploring everything on offer at the casino. We divided our time evenly over two weeks to make sure we got a balanced understanding of how it feels from the perspective of a regular player.

JackpotRabbit is a fun sweeps casino that has clearly chosen to focus on the slots market. In total, we found 453 games on the menu during my JackpotRabbit review, and almost all of them were slots. Those games come from 11 different software providers, with a nice mixture of both big names like Novomatic and more niche companies. 

There is an excellent welcome bonus available for new players, with no purchase required to sign up and start playing. We got a total of 175,000 GC and 3 free SC after creating our account and verifying some personal details, along with our cell phone. The whole process took less than five minutes. 

There is a JackpotRabbit daily login bonus, but we were surprised to find it consists of 0.20 SC and no GC at all. If you log in every day for a week, you’ll get 10 free spins at the end of the seven days. We are also big fans of the daily slots tournaments and the Piggy Bank promo, which saves a fraction of all the SC  you bet, which you can reclaim later for an extra injection of coins. 

As a relatively new sweeps casino, JackpotRabbit is still building its reputation in the industry. It’s open to players in 40 states in the US.

How Does JackpotRabbit Casino Work? 

JackpotRabbit is a sweepstakes casino that doesn’t support real money gambling. Instead, you can play all the games for free using two types of virtual coins, called Game Coins and Super Coins. 

Game Coins are like Gold Coins at other sweeps casinos. No matter how many you win, you can’t redeem them for prizes. You’ll get a healthy supply of 175,000 GC when you first join JackpotRabbit, and you can also purchase more if you want.

Super Coins are like Sweeps Coins at other sweeps casinos. You can all also get them for free through lots of promotions, but you can buy them outright. However, if you buy GC, you often get some free bonus SC included. 

This system of GC and SC is what legally differentiates JackpotRabbit from a real money casino. They don’t require a gambling license, and they are free to legally accept players from 40 different states.

JackpotRabbit is all about slots. We counted more than 445 slots on the menu in total, including an impressive 31 games with progressive jackpots. We had a lot of fun exploring this collection, which includes a nice balance of established games we’ve played at other casinos, but also a healthy selection of brand new titles we’d never tried before. 

We love how the gaming menu is organized, with some great features and search tools that make it a pleasure to explore. For instance, you can check or uncheck the boxes beside the list of software providers to show only certain games. We could also click the heart to save our favorite games for later, and it was cool to see the little infographic that pops up if you click again, displaying the limits and max win.

Some of our favorite slots included Wild Buffalo and Rich Pigges, while Money Temple was our pick for the best progressive jackpot game. Outside of slots, Jackpot Rabbit has a small selection of fishing-style games, which were a fun change of pace. 

However, overall, we do consider this to be a pretty one-dimensional selection. The slots are great, but you won’t find any classic casino games, table games, arcade games, or live dealer games on offer. If you’re looking for a more rounded casino, there are better options out there.

The games at JackpotRabbit are provided by a total of 11 different software providers, with a nice balance of well-established providers and some we didn’t know a ton about before. They are missing some industry heavyweights, like Pragmatic Play and Relax Gaming, but the variety of the gaming menu meant we never really felt like we were missing out on anything, at least from a slots perspective. 

We also loved how JackpotRabbit makes it easy to filter games by provider, so you can easily explore the games based on whatever style you personally prefer. We didn’t find any exclusive games at JackpotRabbit or games they have designed themselves.

All the games at JackpotRabbit can be played totally free, with different ways to pick up free Game Coins and Super Coins through various promotions. However, if you want, you can purchase GC to top up your free supply, and you often get some free SC thrown in as a bonus.

JackpotRabbit accepts a small range of banking options, with Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover supported, as well as Apple Pay when you use your iOS device. Going forward, we’d like to see some e-wallets added, like Skrill and PayPal, plus bank transfer payments.

We were very impressed by the range of different options here, covering all types of players from micro stakes up to high rollers. 

You need to win at least 25 SC to request a gift card prize redemption, or 100 SC to request a cash prize via bank transfer.

JackpotRabbit requires you to complete their KYC process before you can get any prizes. However, this process only becomes available when you purchase GC first, which effectively means you need to spend some money before you’ll be able to redeem any prizes.

This rule feels like a roundabout way of forcing players to spend money to unlock all the features of the site, which isn’t a great look for a social casino. We’d like to see this changed.

Our experience with actually making purchases and redemptions was very smooth. We’d put it on par with other top sweeps casinos, although we would like to see more payment methods accepted.

Yes, we are happy to report that JackpotRabbit shows all the signs of a safe and legitimate sweepstakes casino. It’s worth noting that the casino is still fairly young in the industry, so we’ll keep an eye on how things progress. 

JackpotRabbit works with legitimate software providers that have longstanding reputations in the world of online gambling, including Novomatic and BGaming. The outcomes of the games are determined by a Random Number Generator, which is independently tested for fairness. 

JackpotRabbit explicitly states that it does not “sell, trade, or rent” the personal information of its users. It uses SSL technology to encrypt personal data, and it operates a separate email address to address any questions or concerns about privacy – dataprivacy@jackpotrabbit.com.

Although we were frustrated that KYC could only be unlocked by making a purchase, ultimately, it’s a positive thing that JackpotRabbit is fulfilling its legal responsibilities to verify its users. 

There are some good responsible gaming tools available, including purchase limits and activity reminders, but we had to email the support team to get them set up. We’d prefer if they were advertised more clearly in your account. 

Legal Status of JackpotRabbit Casino 

JackpotRabbit is legal to use for anyone over the age of 18 who are physically located in one of the legal 40 US states. As a sweepstakes casino, it doesn’t require a real money gambling license and isn’t subject to the same regulations as real money casinos.

Customer support was a highlight of our experience at JackpotRabbit, chiefly down to the live chat support, which is always available at the bottom of the screen. This is easily the most important factor when we are evaluating the customer support at a casino, and we’re happy to report it worked perfectly for us.

Whenever we got in touch with an agent, we were never waiting more than a few minutes before we were able to talk with someone. When you first open the box, you’ll get some AI-generated suggestions, but we recommend just typing in “Agent” to skip all that and get to a real person.

While there is some useful information in the How it Works section, and you can find tons of detail in the Terms of Use, we do think JackpotRabbit could do with a more conventional FAQ section. In a few cases, the questions we wound up asking the live chat could easily have been answered with some basic FAQs.

In total, we spent more than 14 hours playing games and exploring the site before writing this JackpotRabbit review, and overall, we had a very positive experience. 

It’s clear that this is a casino that is best suited to slots players, and slots players only. The menu of around 450 games is a nice size: not so big that it feels overwhelming, but with plenty of variety for all kinds of players. 

We loved the welcome bonus, the new slots tournaments that appear every day, and the Piggy Bank promo. The software feels slick and fresh, as we would expect from a site that launched in late 2024, and we loved having live chat support.

However, it’s not the finished product. We would definitely like to see some more payment methods added, especially an e-wallet option like Skrill. It’s not a deal breaker for everyone, but the lack of table games and live dealer tables is notable, especially compared to some sweepstakes casinos that provide everything under one roof. 

For now, it’s a thumbs up for slots fans, at least.
