Amazon Jackpots Casino

A new sweepstakes casino from the popular operator Mambo Limited that launched in June 2026

Welcome Bonus: 3000 Gold Coins

Casinomeister’s Verdict

Amazon Jackpots is the latest sweepstakes casino to launch from the popular operator Mambo Limited, which is based in the Isle of Man.

Visually, Amazon Jackpots isn’t the most impressive casino we’ve ever seen. It’s definitely more functional than aesthetically pleasing, and we got a bit frustrated with the number of pop-ups.

However, the more we explored, the more we found things we liked. Amazon Jackpots has really pushed the boat out with promotions and bonuses, so that it always felt like there was something new happening whenever we logged in. The Live Chaos games from 155 are a great addition to the classic live dealer tables, too.

Amazon Jackpots Casino Overview

Amazon Jackpots is a sister site of the likes of Spinfinite and Deal or No Deal, and if you’ve ever played at those casinos you can certainly tell. All Mamba Limited sites use the same basic software template, which does take some of the shine off Amazon Jackpots. The constant pop-ups also get old very quickly, advertising the same GC discount over and over.

On the bright side, we like the way all of these sweepstakes casinos organize their promotions, with a dashboard-style window. It makes it easy to see what’s happening on the site, with separate tabs for the loyalty club, tournaments, Missions, the daily bonus, mini games, and more.

Throughout the two weeks of testing, we immediately started every session whenever we logged in by opening the dashboard, and usually completing a few quick Missions.

The welcome bonus situation at Amazon Jackpots is a bit of a mixed bag.

The no deposit portion of the bonus is seriously lacking. We received just 3,000 GC when we signed up, with no automatic SC. After claiming our first daily login bonus, we got a measly 0.10 SC to add to our initial bankroll.

This is far lower than we’re used to. B-Two Operations casinos like McLuck and Hello Millions typically give you 7,500 GC and 2.5 free SC, which we consider average. It makes it hard to recommend Amazon Jackpots to casual players who don’t want to spend money right away.

The flipside is that the first purchase promo (which is the second portion of the welcome bonus) is very valuable. For just $20, you’ll get the following:

  • 60,000 GC
  • 40 free SC
  • Spin the Welcome Wheel for more GC/SC
  • 8 days of boosted daily bonuses

Most sweeps casinos stick to a more basic offer, like a 100% boost on the usual number of SC, so it’s nice to see Amazon Jackpot going the extra mile.

The game selection is solid, with 832 titles in total, including some quirky live games. We’ll break it down more in an upcoming section.

How Does Amazon Jackpots Casino Work?

Amazon Jackpots describes itself as a social casino and is explicit in its terms and conditions that “no purchase is necessary to play.”

Instead of using regular money, the games at Amazon Jackpots can be played using either Gold Coins or Sweepstakes Coins. GC is what you should use if you just want to play games for fun, while playing in sweepstakes mode opens up the possibility of redeeming your winning SC for prizes.

The key difference between the two is that Gold Coins can be purchased if you want to top up your free balance, while Sweepstakes Coins can only be received as a free bonus. This is a legal requirement for sweepstakes contests, though.

Amazon Jackpots Casino Games

Amazon Jackpots has a selection of 832 games, including plenty of slots and some quirky live games. If you’re a very high-volume player or just like the idea of having access to thousands of games, there are better options out there.

However, Amazon Jackpots certainly has more than enough to offer most casual to intermediate volume players.

The themed collections of slot games are a good way to start exploring the lineup. Sweet Spins, Wicked and Wild, and Greek Gods showcase different types of games nicely, as well as a dedicated section for Megaways.

Slots make up the majority of the lineup, but there is a surprising amount of variety lurking beneath the surface.

For example, there are 21 games in the Fish Shooter section, which introduce an aim-and-shoot element of skill to the RNG structure. The Live Chaos games from 155 add a whole new element, too. You can place Over/Under or crash-style bets on real live events happening via live stream, like the number of skiers on a mountain in France or the number of marbles falling down some stairs.

There are also some more classic live dealer tables in a separate section simply called “Casino.” They are all from Evolution and include blackjack, roulette and some game shows like the recently released Ice Fishing.

Unfortunately, we did notice some problems with the organization of the library (the Top 10 section only contains eight games), and also the software. Apart from the irritating pop-ups, sometimes the page would just refresh out of nowhere and send us back to the lobby.

Hopefully Amazon Jackpots irons out these software issues because there are more than enough interesting games to recommend checking out.

Amazon Jackpots Casino Software Providers

It took us a while to find the list of software providers, which we eventually managed by tapping the search bar and then tapping the filters icon.

There are games from 36 providers on the site. When you take into account the total number of 832 games, this means that there is a lot of variety in the menu in terms of themes, mechanics, types of games and stylistic variety.

We like the combination of classic live tables from Evolution and the modern Live Chaos games from 155: it feels like a best-of-both-worlds situation that has something for traditionalists and more modern gamers.

Check out a selection of the providers below:

  • 155
  • 3 Oaks Gaming
  • Betsoft
  • BGaming
  • Evolution Gaming
  • Fantasma Games
  • Four Leaf Gaming
  • NetEnt
  • No Limit City
  • Red Tiger
  • Zillion

Amazon Jackpots Casino Banking Options

You aren’t required to spend any money to play at Amazon Jackpots. As a social casino, the casino has to offer ways to play in both GC and SC mode without spending money, like giving out coins for free via the daily bonus, Missions, AMOE requests, and more.

However you can buy GC if you want, which usually includes some SC as a free bonus.

Payment options at Amazon Jackpots are relatively limited. You can use bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover), or Apple Pay and GPay on compatible devices. When you compare the options to other top sweeps casinos, it’s clear that Amazon Jackpots is lagging behind.

For instance, cryptocurrency is increasingly popular in the sweepstakes world and comes with the benefit of extremely fast prize redemptions.

Amazon Jackpots has a solid selection of GC packages, many of which come with a prize wheel in addition to the bonus SC. The site is also constantly sending pop-ups about special offers and temporary discounts.

Check out the regular packages below:

  • $10 – 10,000 GC + 20 free SC
  • $15 – 15,000 GC
  • $20 – 70,000 GC + 50 free SC
  • $30 – 40,000 GC + 50 free SC + Prize Wheel up to 30 SC
  • $50 – 50,000 GC + 75 free SC + Prize Wheel up to 50 SC
  • $100 – 100,000 GC + 100 free SC + Prize Wheel up to 70 SC
  • $200 – 200,000 GC + 200 free SC + Prize Wheel up to 200 SC

Plus, there is the $20 welcome bonus package we mentioned before, which is by far the best offer for your first purchase.

As usual, you’ll need to complete KYC verification before you can request a prize redemption. Amazon Jackpots has a strange rule that only allows you to do this 72 hours after you have played your first game. We prefer to complete KYC right away after signing up, so this was frustrating.

You need to win at least 100 SC before it becomes eligible for a cash prize redemption, which can only be sent back to your bank card. Again, the lack of flexibility is notable here, with no crypto options, no e-wallet transfers, and no gift cards.

Because of this, redemptions are slower than we’re used to. In our case, we waited a full three days before the money was pushed back to our Visa card.

Is Amazon Jackpots Casino Safe?

Yes, Amazon Jackpots is a safe sweepstakes casino. It’s always positive when a new casino has sister sites with a strong track record in the industry, and that is certainly the case with the likes of Spinfinite and other Mamba Ltd sites.

One common concern we hear from players is that online games are rigged. We don’t share this concern with Amazon Jackpots, which stocks games from trusted software providers that use independently tested RNG technology, like NetEnt and Betsoft.

General site security also seems fairly strong. We weren’t able to set up two-factor authentication, but the information stored on the site is protected by ECDSA 384-bit encryption, which is considered safe enough for high-security government use.

Amazon Jackpots also provides a lot of useful information on its Responsible Gaming page, including tips to play safely and links to organizations like Gaming Addicts Anonymous. You can set up GC purchase limits too, although you’ll need to contact customer support to do so. However, you can’t set up time limits or play limits, unfortunately.

Legal Status of Amazon Jackpots

As a free-to-play social casino, Amazon Jackpots doesn’t have a gambling license. You still need to be at least 18 years old to play, and located in one of the Amazon Jackpots legal states.

The cash prizes you can redeem are legally regulated as sweepstakes contests, rather than gambling winnings.

Amazon Jackpots Casino Customer Support

Customer support at Amazon Jackpots is pretty limited. The only way to get in touch with the support team is by sending an email to [email protected] and waiting for a response. When we tested it out with a few questions about the welcome bonus, we got a response four hours later.

Amazon Jackpots also has a Help section, which contains a long list of FAQs. The information here is useful and specific, with detailed instructions on things like the redemption process and banking methods.

Overall, we felt like Amazon Jackpots was providing us with good information, but live chat support would definitely be more efficient.

Amazon Jackpots Casino Review Summary

This Amazon Jackpots review is based on 14 hours of focused research over the course of two weeks. Our lasting impressions are mostly positive, although it’s clear there are some areas that can be improved too.

If you’re planning to spend some money as soon as you sign up, Amazon Jackpots is a great choice. The $20 welcome offer is highly valuable compared with most casinos we’ve seen, delivering 65 free SC off the bat and enhanced rewards for the following eight days. The flipside is that Amazon Jackpots is not friendly to players who don’t want to make a purchase, with no SC included on sign-up.

We like how many promotions and tournaments there are, and the dashboard hub to keep track of them all. The combination of classic Evolution live tables and 155 Live Chaos games is a lot of fun, too.

The weakest link is the banking options, with only bank cards accepted for purchases and redemptions and a 72-hour minimum wait to receive your cash. Faster crypto or e-wallet transfers would be a clear improvement.
