Goal is to build and maintain customer-centric approach
Nordic gaming entertainment company PAF has established a new customer service centre at its recently opened offices in Madrid, saying the centre will enable the company to build closer relationships and strengthen ties with its customers as it looks to expand further in the market.
"We want to focus on providing quick and effective attention to our customers," Albin Tiusanen, chief executive officer of Paf Spain, said.
"The company's goal is to develop closer relationships with customers, strengthen ties and maintain comprehensive controls regarding specific calls in order to determine the degree of user satisfaction".
