Ladbrokes Beefs Up Mobile Gambling Offering

New features are designed to improve bookmaker's mobile performance

The British online and land gambling group Ladbrokes has announced new improvements to its mobile apps and HTML5 mobile offerings in a bid to improve the performance of the sportsbook product in the mobile channel.

The improvements include a wider range of compatible handheld devices and a better choice of deposit and pay-out options, along with more information for punters, real-time streaming visuals and better in-play action.

Andrew Bagguley, the director of mobile services at Ladbrokes, says that his company intends to continue to roll out new features designed to better engage mobile gamblers, especially with the World Cup football just over the horizon.

"We are committed to delivering the best mobile sportsbook experience to our customers and focus on features that customers are going to enjoy and find valuable," Bagguley says.

"Speed, access and availability of service is paramount to us as is the very clear focus to embrace new platforms and partnerships. We are in the last stages of World Cup preparations and are looking forward to leading through innovation throughout the tournament."
