Board Changes Ratified At 888 Holdings (update)

Change of guard moving forward

Previously communicated board changes at 888 Holdings have been put into effect.
Chief executive officer Brian Mattingley has stepped down to fill the role of executive chairman while non-executive chairman Richard Kilsby has retired after nine years with the company.
Independent non-executive director John Anderson retired from the board after 14 years and chief operating officer Itai Freiberger has been appointed as an executive director of the company.
Commenting on the changes, Brian Mattingley, Executive Chairman, said:
"I am delighted to be stepping up to become Executive Chairman at such an exciting time for our business.
"Day-to-day operations will continue to be led by Itai Frieberger, our COO, and Aviad Kobrine, our CFO, who together have helped drive 888 forward in recent years. We are confident that we have an industry-leading team to continue the Company's growth for years to come."
