2023 set to be a busy year for SiGMA

With the global Covid 19 induced lockdowns now seemingly in the rear view mirror and behind us, even if the pandemic is not done with, the world is in the throes of returning to normality and the iGaming industry is no different, with 2023 set to be a busy year for industry events and conferences.

This year is going to be SiGMA’s busiest yet as they have announced their global roadmap for 2023, which will see them host events in 6 different locations across the globe. Eman Pulis the founder of SiGMA said of their busy schedule: “2023 promises to be our most bustling year yet.”

“We are excited to bring our delegates the conference and networking entertainment they have grown to love, with a few calculated twists to keep them on their toes. We look forward to seeing you there.”

The first such event saw them head out to Kenya in Africa earlier this week for the SiGMA Africa Summit, in a country that has a fast growing sports betting marketplace. But if you have missed out, do not worry as they return in March to Dubai for SiGMA Eurasia. A follow up to the very successful inaugural event held in the UAE in 2022, which saw over 9,000 delegates attend across three separate events.

Another growing market for iGaming is the Latin American market, certainly the Casinomeister News pages each week cover industry news coming out of the South American continent and as such SiGMA Americas takes place in Sao Paulo in Brazil in May.

Manilla in the Philippines plays host to the SiGMA Asia summit in July, with the far east continuing to be an important market for operators.

Followed by SiGMA Balkans/CIS taking place in Limassol in Cyprus in September. Having been held in Serbia last year, this will be the second such occasion that SiGMA Balkans/CIS will have been held.

Finally to wrap up what will no doubt be an extremely busy but hopefully fruitful year, SiGMA returns home to where it all began with SiGMA Europe taking place in Malta.
