07 Jan Landmark Bingo ??? Player claimed that their requests to be self-excluded had been ignored, was seeking refunds on £7000 in recent deposits. The player was AWOL when we asked for documentation of their self-exclusion requests. Case closed.
08 Jan *Ladbrokes Microgaming Player claimed to have been baited into a deposit, played to fulfill the T&Cs, then was denied their winnings. At the time there was no player complaints process in place at the Gibraltar regulator, player has since been referred to the new GRA site.
13 Jan *SlotoCash Rival, RTG Player claimed he was falsely accused of violating the Max Bet rules, casino was withholding €2000. Player later said “I only did it a few times by accident”, casino said it was 20+ times. The parties settled the issue privately. Case closed.

06 Feb SmartLive NetEnt Player’s issue concerned £11,000+ that had been confiscated in 2009. The casino never responded to this (or other) player issues. A Casinomeister Warning was posted, the casino’s status is “Pending Rogue”.
09 Feb Casino770 iSoftBet Player withdrawals of £3000 had been approved but several weeks later no payment had been received. The casino has not yet responded to this case, the rep says “waiting”. Ongoing.

13 Feb Slots Inferno RTG Player reported six months of delays on a $2000 withdrawal, casino claiming “accounting problems”. End result: no payments received. This casino is Curgam Malta group for which there has been a long-standing Casinomeister Warning. Case submitted but no response received.
13 Feb Vegas2web Rival Player reported problems with a $500 withdrawal, casino sending cheques which could not be cashed. Casino currently claims to have payed the player, player is gathering documentation of the bad cheque from the bank: ongoing.
14 Feb Casino Creed Microgaming Player had a $500 withdrawal in progress but then the casino went offline and the player was getting no response from them. Casino came back on-line and payed the player in full.
17 Feb Slots Plus RTG Delays on a $2500 withdrawal, casino claiming “processor problems”. Within a week the player had been payed in full.

28 Feb Crazy Luck Rival Player reported being locked out of the casino with £450 withheld, endless excuses from the casino for not doing anything about it. Casino payed the player in full, resolved.
28 Feb Golden Palace Playtech Player claimed that almost £12,000 had been tied up at the casino for over two years, casino constantly delayed taking any action. Sorry, this casino is listed in the Rogue Pit under “Bumblers” for it’s endless screw-ups. PAB was submitted but they never replied.

01 March Party Casino bWin.Party Player believed that the tournaments at Party included players colluding and winning all the money, wanted the game logs. The casino never replied directly to us but the player eventually reported that they had settled privately Resolved.
03 March Aladdin’s Gold RTG Player complained that an $7000 withdrawal request had been declined eleven times in seven months. Casino had this player connected to several other accounts over an extended period of time. We supported the casino’s decision.
03 March Bella Vegas BetOnSoft Player reported at least two WD requests had been accepted but never payed. Weeks had passed and no action was taken. Sorry, this casino is part of the Grande Prive who have long been listed in the Rogue Pit, no can do.
04 March *Mummys Gold Microgaming The casino had apparently denied the player’s €1500 WD because of “max bet” Terms violations, player claimed there was no such Term. Casino found that the Terms for the player’s bonus had been missing a clause. They payed the player in full, player has not yet confirmed this.
04 March *Rome Casino Top Game Player reported that only a fraction of their $800 WD had been paid ($250), the rest had been confiscated. Sorry, this casino’s rep has been banned from Casinomeister and the casino is on it’s way to the No Can Do list.
06 March Windows Casino Playtech Player complaint concerned a £6700 WD of which only a fraction had been payed before the payments stopped and the casino refused to explain. Player was eventually payed in full: resolved.
10 March Cake Poker/Casino CTXM Player had been working a system against the casino’s Roulette games, believed he had discovered some suspicious results. Sorry, analyzing casino software is not part of the Pitch-A-Bitch mandate.
13 March Go Wild Microgaming Player claimed the casino had unjustly confiscated €6500, made false accusations of multiple accounts. The casino shared some of the player’s data with us, enough to convince us that the accusations were justified. Case closed.
16 March *Nogabet NetEnt Player reported having won €8500, tried to WD €2300 and was (temporarily) locked out of their account. The casino said the player had played disallowed games, the player denied it but the records showed they had. Case closed.
19 March Real Vegas RTG Player had six pending withdrawals from casinos in the Real Vegas group (Curgam Malta), no payments received. Sorry, this group has been on the No Can Do list for some time.
20 March *NordicBet Microgaming, NetEnt Player submitted a 1500 word PAB in order to complain that the casino had deducted €0.60 from their account when it should only have been €0.53. When we asked the player to summarize their complaint they said it had already be taken care of. Resolved.
23 March Grande Vegas RTG Player had apparently been sent a $300 cheque which was declined by the bank, wanted the casino to cover the charges and re-issue the cheque. Casino claimed to have re-issued the cheque and compensated the player for the charges, player has not yet confirmed this.

27 Apr Buzzluck NuWorks Player claimed to have self-excluded himself but was later allowed to return to the casino without restrictions, requested deposit refunds. Casino’s records showed the player had closed his account, not self-excluded. Player was unavailable for comment.
29 Apr Noble Casino Playtech Complaint was that player had requested €1750 WD, was being stalled. Turned out the player’s WD request was only a few days old, casino paid the following week.
30 Apr *Sun Palace RTG Player had been waiting for a $102 WD for over three months, repeated delays, etc. Casino reported that the player had been the subject of a multi-account investigation, had been cleared. Casino paid within a few days.

08 May Celeb Poker Playtech Player’s $400 WD was approved then blocked, casino repeatedly claimed they needed more banking info. Casino contacted us a few days later to report they had resolved the issue, player confirmed this.
11 May Jackpot City Microgaming Player complained that he had played for months, lost many, many thousands and all the time the casino software was flaky and disconnecting. Casino declined the player’s request for $200k compensation. Given the nature of the player’s complaint we left it to them to work things out.
11 May Sunset Slots Rival Casino apparently claimed they had no way to get the player’s $2450 WD to him, that normal channels were not available. Casino managed to find a way to send the money within a few days of receiving the PAB, player confirmed payment in full.
15 May *Rome Casino Top Game Player claimed the casino refused to pay the player’s WD of $190, would only pay $150 “because of some T&C paragraph etc”. Sorry, this casino is not responding to player issues at this time.
16 May *Club World RTG Player’s WD of $250 was being declined, casino had reported the player’s original deposit was at fault. Turned out the player was using a canceled credit card to make a qualifying deposit. We left it in the player’s hands to make a valid deposit.

27 May *Ladbrokes Microgaming Player seemed to be complaining about delays on a £1230 WD though they were using an internet translator to write their PAB and emails. We requested that the player get assistance with their translations, no response. Case closed.
28 May *888 Random Logic Player claimed they had been offered a £10,000 bonus if they completed £1,000,000 of wagering within a month. Casino later refused. Player’s PAB was incomplete but they did not respond to requests for further info. Case discarded.

12 Jun *Jackpot City Microgaming Player had a €7000+ balance, claimed the casino was giving endless excuses for not paying. Casino had connected the player to a large fraud group, locked him out accordingly.
17 Jun *Harry Casino NetEnt ? Player’s £150 WD was apparently being repeatedly cancelled and returned to their account. Casino said they could not discuss the case but that it had been resolved, player confirmed this.
20 Jun Nedplay Microgaming Player claimed that the casino had denied €500 in winnings because of a prior self-exclusion at another of the group’s casinos. Player had used different info in order to avoid detection, opted to withdraw the previous self-exclusion, get paid and be locked out of all the group’s casinos.

28 Jul Slotocash Rival, RTG Player’s gaming session had glitched and was showing ongoing invalid (negative) winnings. Player claimed the casino owed them money for this session. Casino Terms cover software errors, typically exempting the casino from liability. Case closed.
28 Jul *Bet-at-home NetEnt, Microgaming, etc. Player claimed the casino had unfairly closed their account, suggested there might be confusion over computer Ips. Turned out the player had submitted falsified documents to the casino. Player was booted off of Casinomeister for submitting a fraudulent PAB.
29 Jul Crazy Luck Rival Repeated delays over a two month period on a $400 withdrawal, emails ignored, etc. Two weeks after submitting the PAB the player was paid in full.

06 Aug *Ruby Royal Rival Player reported a stalled withdrawal, non-responsive Customer Service and Finance departments. Casino never responded to the PAB but after a week or so the player reported that they had been paid in full.
08 Aug Planet Casino BetOnSoft Player’s PAB said “I’ve posted the details at another site, go look there for details”. Sorry, our Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ clearly states that PAB details need to be submitted directly to us. Player did not respond. AWOL.
09 Aug Club Gold Playtech Player’s complaint was that a £1000 withdrawal request was taking too long. Turned out the player’s WD request had only been submitted a few days before. Casino paid in full in a reasonable time.
10 Aug *iNetBet RTG Player reported that a $700 withdrawal wasn’t being paid, that the casino was stalling. Turned out the player had requested WD several times, then canceled or reversed, asked for payment to other accounts etc. PITA: case closed.
13 Aug Strike It Lucky Microgaming Player complained that they had been unfairly banned from the casino, called it “insulting and humiliating”. As it happened the player had been acting suspiciously at 4 of the group’s casinos, they returned deposits and booted the player. Case closed.

26 Oct *Jackpot Red Rival Player has won about €6000. After an initial WD of €3000 the casino stopped paying, claimed “the game has been manipulated”. After almost two months the casino said “a former employee handled that case, no idea why payment was stopped” and payed the remainder in full.
26 Oct WinPalace RTG Player reported that the casino was slow-paying on $10,000 WD, wasn’t paying per the cash-out Terms posted on the site. Player’s PAB was incomplete and they ignored the FAQ restrictions on forums posts regarding active PABs. In the end it didn’t matter because they reversed their Wds and lost it all.
31 Oct Zodiac Microgaming Player claimed the casino had closed his account but had ignored his attempts to self-exclude resulting in further gambling losses of $2,000+. Player was unable to produce any evidence that he had explicitly requested self-exclusion, eventually stopped responding.
31 Oct 21 Grand Rival Player was being slow-paid on a £145 WD. After the first month they told him he had to deposit more. After the second month they told him he would be paid “soon” but could not give an exact date. After the casino received the PAB they told the player he would be paid if he deleted his posts in our forums. Then they said he’d be paid if he posted in the forums that the delays were the processor’s fault not theirs. At that point we closed the PAB. All Rival casinos were added to our No Can Do list.

Player was supposedly an 80 year old lady who just happened to be REALLY good at BJ, turned out to be her grandson was using her identity: banned from Casinomeister.
