01 Jan PokerTime Microgaming Player was accused of chip dumping, €3235 confiscated. Casino rep reported that the player had been falsely accused. Player’s account was fully reinstated. Resolved.
03 Jan Palace of Chance RTG Player took a $100 ND free chip, won a $5300 Jackpot which the casino denied on the grounds that the player had not recently deposited. Sorry, no can do: POC is a long time resident of the Rogue Pit.
03 Jan Lucky18 RTG Player hit a $5600 jackpot, requested $2000 which was approved. Casino went silent and refused to respond to the player. Player posted on the forums, then withdrew their complaint. Case discarded.

19 Jan Cool Hand Poker Microgaming Apparently casino had screwed up with the player’s account and promised a compensation bonus. After 2500 hands the player saw he hadn’t received it. Casino saw that it’s system had incorrectly denied the compensation bonus. They corrected this, paid in full. Resolved.
21 Jan Casino770 FastCPU? Player had requested a £2500 withdrawal but it did not come. Query emails were always responded to with the same “payment pending” message. Casino never responded to the PAB, we posted a Warning and the player was paid the next day.
21 Jan Buzzluck RTG Player won €3500 on a slots bonus, requested payment, was told the winnings were denied because they were a “non recreational player”. Casino was closing up shop but agreed to pay back the player’s deposits. The player was unhappy with this but agreed it was better than nothing.
21 Jan Cherry Red RTG Casino had locked the player’s account and denied the player his $1152 balance and the grounds that he had “possible connections to other players”. Casino retracted and paid the player in full. Resolved.

24 Jan Eat Sleep Bingo ?? Player reported being denied €1000 for “multiple accounts”. Player had been sharing accounts with a family member, was advised that clearing this up with the site was their own responsibility. Case closed.
25 Jan Lock Casino RTG Player complained that the casino was withholding $6000 in winnings. Casino had extensive documentation to show that this player had multiple accounts. Case closed and player banned for fraud.
25 Jan Go Wild Microgaming Player said the casino had ignored several requests for “self exclusion”, allowed him to deposit and lose $750 which the player wanted back. Casino denied the “self exclusion” requests but the player had proof. Casino was willing to pay back 50% of the player’s deposit, player agreed.
26 Jan Bwin Boss, Chartwell Player’s complaint cited €650 at the casino being inaccessible because “your account has been canceled”. Player posted on the forums and the casino allowed him to withdraw. Player had multiple accounts at Casinomeister and lied about them, was banned.

04 Feb 21Grand Casino Rival Casino was slow-paying the player, player got abusive with Customer Service who stopped answering emails. Turned out the player had at first complied with then ignored casino’s document requests. Case closed.
05 Feb LuckyRed RTG Player claimed that a hacker had access to his account, had stolen $1000s but CW wouldn’t help him. In fact player’s initial deposits had been returned, player lost then tried the same scam again. Fraudster!
05 Feb Cleopatras Palace RTG Player was having trouble with a $1000 withdrawal. No response from the casino. Warning issued.
05 Feb Real Vegas RTG Player had been trying for months to get a $1500 withdrawal paid. Casino is part of the Curgam Malta Ltd Group, featured on the No Can Do list, thus this PAB is NCD.
06 Feb Cabaret Club Microgaming Player claimed that £3000 in winnings was being withheld unjustly, that Terms were too hard to find and read. Turned out the player had violated a number of the casino’s Terms, then threatened to post bad things at CM.

20 Feb 7 Sultans Microgaming Player said they had deposited $1000 then changed their mind and wanted to WD, casino locked the account. Turns out the player had a history of doing this, casino returned the deposit and closed the account.

01 March All Star Slots RTG Player had played a bonus, claimed they were owed $15000, casino wasn’t paying. Player stalled on providing documents but eventually managed it and the casino paid the $3000 max WD.
02 March Club World Microgaming Player claimed that a faulty on-screen counter entitled her to have her deposit back. In fact the player had busted out with less than 10% of her WR completed. Case closed.
03 March Cabaret Club Microgaming Player was playing a bonus, reported that their balance had been reduced from £3816 to £300 unfairly. Player had violated the Terms regarding max bets, was unavailable for further comment. AWOL.

11 March Mayan Fortune Rival Player’s $1500 WD was not paid, casino claimed the player had reversed the WD. Casino claimed no knowledge of the situation but player was eventually paid in full. Resolved.
11 March Bingolasvegas NetEnt Player’s $3800 withdrawal was unpaid after the casino closed his account. Player admitted to running multiple sessions “just a few times”, a violation of Terms, casino returned player’s deposit.
12 March William Hill Playtech Casino closed the player’s account after $600 deposits, claimed bonus abuse. Casino said they couldn’t discuss the details of the case, asked that the player contact their licensing agency.

01 Apr Simon Says Rival Player took a ND bonus, played and won, requested the $450 max WD. Casino claimed multiple accounts. Casino had good evidence, player said they knew the other players. Our advice to the player was to clear things up with the casino.

05 Apr WPT Casino Rival Player reported that casino had removed $2400 of a $2700 win because of “a bug”. Casino agreed that the Terms had been unclear, paid the player in full. Resolved.
08 Apr Chance Room Boss Media Player had scored a €25,000 win while the casino was Accredited, but the casino folded and did not pay. We’re still pursuing this but the casino people have not made themselves available. Player has also filed a complaint with the LGA in Malta.
09 Apr GoWild Microgaming Player claimed to have had a €12202 win denied by the casino for “fraudulent activity”. Casino had good evidence connecting the player to multiple accounts. Fraudster!
12 Apr Cherry Casino NetEnt, Playtech Player’s $280 WD was tied up because their credit card was locked as part of an “anti-fraud procedure”, casino offered no assistance. Apparently the casino was responsible for the “locked” card because of dodgy transactions to the player’s account, paid the player in full.
13 Apr Sky Kings Playtech Player had won a $33,871 jackpot, tried to WD but the casino people kept saying the player was limited to WD of $9000 per month. Casino could not provide documentation of the monthly WD limit, eventually paid in full. Resolved.
14 Apr Aladdins Gold RTG Player reported that their Moneybookers account had been compromised, someone had made unauthorized deposits to the casino. Suggested to the player that they take this up with Moneybookers, not really an Alladin’s issue.
15 Apr 3Dice Proprietary Player have over-extended themselves financially and wanted a break, complained that the casino wasn’t responding fast enough. The casino and the player worked things out. Resolved.
16 Apr Cool Cat RTG Player was trying to WD $2200 but the casino kept shorting them on the amount. Sorry, this casino has long been listed in the Rogue Pit, “no can do”.
21 Apr King Solomon’s Playtech Player claimed the casino was jacking up their WR in order to avoid paying. Turns out the player had knowing deposited in a currency disallowed in their country of residence in order to get a lower WR.
21 Apr Mandarin Palace Proprietary? Player’s complaint focused on the Terms of a bonus not being included in the promotional email they received, said they didn’t apply. Player admitted to having not read the Terms in full. Case closed.
22 Apr Bingo Las Vegas NetEnt Player reported having won $5400, tried to withdraw, account was locked for “verification”. Turned out the player had played before their deposits from a new card had been approved, bank had canceled the transactions. Closed.
23 Apr Sahara Sands Rival Player claimed that a $250 wasn’t being paid fast enough. Player was paid in a few days. Resolved.
23 Apr Slots Of Fortune Rival Player’s issue concerned a $10,000 win that was reversed, their account was closed. Player had not submitted documents the casino could accept, tried to blackmail them with negative posts on the site. Case closed.
24 Apr Online Vegas Vegas Tech Player received a bonus they didn’t want but played anyway, complained that their win was denied because of playing disallowed games. Player hadn’t bothered to read the Terms. Case closed.
27 Apr Windows Casino Playtech Player reported that winnings of £5625 were inaccessible because the casino had locked their account. Player had already used their One Free Shot, their complaint against Windows Casino (non-Accredited) could not be accepted.
27 Apr Gnuf Microgaming Player claimed that £763 of their balance had been wrongfully removed by the casino people, account locked. Player had multiple accounts, had submitted bogus documents. Fraudster!

02 May Diamond Sportsbook Proprietary? In the player’s words “DSI dropped the ball on oversight and let an obvious problem gambler deposit without limits”, wanted a share of total deposits back. Although the player had already used his One Free Shot the issue was submitted to the casino for their consideration: no reply.
02 May Davinci’s Gold Rival Player reported their balance of $300 was deleted because of “potential abuse”. Casino reversed their decision and restored the player’s full balance. Resolved.
04 May Real Vegas Online RTG Player won a $32000 jackpot, tried to withdraw, casino repeatedly said “wait to hear from Accounting” which never happened. Real Vegas is a Curgam Malta property, all of which are on the No Can Do list.
07 May Purple Lounge Microgaming Player won £3000, the casino confiscated it because the player tried to withdraw before their WR were complete, per their Terms. Casino was removed from the Accredited list for unreasonable Terms & Conditions. The casino never did return the player’s balance.
07 May FullTilt Poker Proprietary Player claimed that they had $20,000 in winnings tied up in a locked account, no justification given. FullTilt would not discuss this or any other case with us, said player should consult Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC). We added FullTilt to the No Can Do list.
09 May Jazette Casinos RTG Player’s accounts at Jazette sites were all locked, $353 seized. Player had violated the casino’s Terms regarding monies wagered during a bonus and then threatened the casino with chargebacks. Closed.

15 May Klub8 Playtech Player reported that their account with £3250 had been frozen for “frudulent activity”. Casino said the player had multiple accounts so they returned his deposit(s), then they closed up shop. Case closed.
17 May Casino Titan RTG Player had £12003, wanted to WD in one go. Casino said “max £5000/month for ‘new players’” but player had been at the casino for several months. Casino quibbled over the definition of ‘new player’, finally paid the player in full over two payments. Resolved.
18 May Purple Lounge Microgaming Player claimed that their account had been frozen with €5000 winnings unpaid. Casino said they needed documents from the player, player agreed to comply then fell off the radar, would not respond to emails. AWOL.
20 May Casino La Vida Microgaming Player won using a £20 ND bonus, wanted to withdraw without making a required minimum deposit, claimed someone had done so. Turns out the player had told the casino that they would not deposit, promised to “do good things for you” on the forums if they got paid. Case closed.
20 May Lucky Slots RTG Player’s account was locked with $800 balance inaccessible. Casino Customer Service offered no explanation. Casino had closed months before the player filed their complaint, not much we could do. Case closed.

25 May Blacklights Casino Top Game Player claimed that a $2000 withdrawal had been canceled several times. Casino said the player had not fulfilled the documentation requirements, finally did and was paid in full. Resolved.
25 May Crown Europe Playtech Player said that the casino had zeroed out his account after he had tried to withdraw €800. Casino showed the player had used disallowed games during his WR, player admitted it but complained that the Terms were “in fine print”.
26 May Bodog Proprietary Player claimed their pay table was wrong, should have been higher because they were in a bonus round. Player later said it had been a screen glitch and they withdrew the PAB. Closed.
31 May Klub8 Playtech Player had won $44,686 at slots, was having problems getting paid. Casino demanded a few rounds of documentation, thereby frustrating the player to no end, but they eventually paid in full. Resolved.
31 May GoldVipClub RTG Player won $416, tried to withdraw, casino jacked up the WR and demanded the player try again. Sorry, GoldVIP Club is listed in the Rogue Pit for good reason, no can do.

08 Jun Red Flush Microgaming Player claimed the casino had arbitrarily raised the WR on a bonus to punish her, then promised her £50 free chip which she never received. Player settled for a £5 chip, said she was now happy with the service she was getting. Resolved.
09 Jun Fortune Reel Rival Player had taken a “no deposit” bonus, played it and won, tried to withdraw but was blocked by the casino because they had played “the incorrect currency”. Casino never responded to the PAB. A Warning was eventually posted against all Rival white labels, later withdrawn.
12 Jun Wild Jack Microgaming A €1200 was canceled when the player submitted their documents: casino people said the driver’s license was false because it did not have an expiry date. As it happens driver’s licenses in the player’s home country do not expire. The casino reversed their decision and paid they player in full. Resolved.
17 Jun Purple Lounge Microgaming Player reported that a €5000 withdrawal was being denied, no explanation given. The casino had asked for documents, player had not responded. Told the player to comply with the casino’s request, never heard from them again.
21 Jun Aztecasino Top Game Player claimed that a $18,800 withdrawal was being withheld because of “numerous irregularities”. Player had posted about this issue on the forums, had it thoroughly hashed over there. Also PAB was ineligible because of the “One Free Shot” rule.

17 Sep Rome Casino TopGame Player had $230 in her account when her manager added $7000 for her to “play with”. She worked that up to $15,000 then was told it was only “play” money. Casino and player worked out an agreement, reached a settlement.

Bwin said “players have been informed of our final decision, there is nothing to discuss.” Bwin was pulled from the site and added to the No Can Do list.
02 Nov Villento Microgaming After several deposits the player finally won a little and requested a £325 withdrawal. This kicked off several rounds of increasing outrageous document requests. Villento dragged their feet in dealing with us so we turned it over to Kahnawake: the issue was resolved in the player’s favour within days. Resolved.
04 Nov Full Tilt Poker Microgaming For a $60 withdrawal the casino demanded endless amounts of documentation including ID, credit cards photos, car insurance papers, bank statements, etc. Sorry, Full Tilt is on our No Can Do list.

02 Dec Wannabet Gaming Right Media Player had concerns that the casino’s Blackjack game(s) were unfair, wanted someone to investigate and return his current balance if this were proven. The casino did not reply, but did offer to transfer the player’s balance to BetEd.com. A Warning was issued.
03 Dec Grand Mondial Microgaming Player had tried to deposit $75 via Moneybookers into her casino account, saw the deposit was stuck at “pending” even though her MB balance showed the debit. Casino cleared the problem, credited the player’s account the full amount.
04 Dec All Jackpots Microgaming Player requested a $450 withdrawal but the casino promptly locked the account, said that deposits from his country were “banned”. Support said the exact opposite in chat. Player also took the case to eCOGRA, requested that the PAB be put on hold while that was in progress.
05 Dec Las Vegas USA RTG Player requested a $3000 WD. The casino responded by locking the account, said the player was under investigation for multiple accounts and “syndicate betting”. Casino had extensive evidence to back it’s claims, ended up banning the player for fraud and so did we.
05 Dec Slotastic RTG $180 disappeared from the player’s account and they received an email saying “per your request, bonus and winnings from this bonus have been removed.” Casino returned the winnings, claimed the player had requested the bonus be removed. We asked for proof but they gave the player the bonus instead.

10 Dec Red Flush Microgaming Player claimed the casino had ignored a self-exclusion request, wanted their subsequent deposits back. The player was unable to provide proof that the exclusion request had ever been received by the casino, was unavailable for further discussion.
13 Dec Blacklights Casino Top Game Player claimed the casino had denied $3500 in winnings because “you have used a system … to circumvent the natural randomness of our systems.” Bogus casino complaint: the player’s “system” was to bet high on every 9th spin. 14 Dec Pokertime Microgaming Player had been locked out while under investigation for having multiple accounts. Casino cleared the player’s issue, re-opened the account.
14 Dec Swiss Casino Playtech Player complained that a €482 withdrawal was taking too long. Player hadn’t touched his account in many months. Casino completed it’s verifications and released the WD. Player was unavailable to confirm: AWOL.

19 Dec Landmark Bingo ??? Player complained that they had been left £18,000 in debt because the casino had ignored their self-exclusion request. Player had no proof of the ignored requests, first claimed it had been done by email, later said “all in chat”. Casino closed the player’s account and we closed this case.
20 Dec Casino US Microgaming Player received an email offering a 250% bonus, player deposited $20, casino only gave $20 (100% instead of 250%). Casino said the 250% offer had been “sent in error”. Casino agreed to honour the email offer, gave the remaining $30.
