VIDEOSLOTS... and withdrawing issues

ppppffff.... the benefit of the doubt ....
am happy always

it still doesn't explain the deposits into my bank account... less 24AUD

And some can abuse me but the facts are the facts!!!!

Its so sad to expect to be abused when you ask for help. I do agree some unexpected things do happen beyond our control. Its life. I gamble but if my cat needs the money more because he was hurt i would help him. GL and i hope this gets resolved.

Hi Daniel,

It's Lucas btw. (not luke) :) But feel free to address as you like mate no worries.

But it still doesn’t change the fact that Videoslots will not acknowledge the $24 loss on both withdrawals.!

As stated several times earlier - We have not charged you any fees for your witihdrawal.

I have never received a written copy of a withdrawal. Yet this time I did. A hard copy from MY bank.

Sure. So do we have copies of the official transcripts of the transactions being made from our bank to yours, which I've also had already sent to you via email. - Yet you still didn't believe us.

Luke... you have tried to help it’s true. But you have been condescending often in emails.

Glad you know that I have and still am trying to help out. :) Though I don't believe that I've ever tried to condescend you or anyone for that matter. In any case I apologize if I did come across that way in trying to help out and informing you on how you should've proceeded in order to find out why your bank has deducted these fees.

Well, I did that yet you ignored it.

I don't understand what you mean -What did I ignore?

My objective here is to warn others not to withdraw to a bank account if playing at Videoslots.

Again, as already stated - we do not charge any fees when withdrawing to a bank account for all of the countries including Australia.

Like I said in my previous post - if you chose to believe it or not despite the given facts is out of our hands.

Thanks again, and do let us know should you have any further questions or need anything else from our side Daniel.

Kind Regards,
Lucas

Yeah I was being serious, and just trying to help you with a possible reason for the missing funds. Being a dick to people won't help you in any way, shape or form.

"You?" is a question in which context? Sorry, but your third sentence makes no sense at all, and as a result I couldn't possibly respond to it, if it is indeed a question derived from my original comment.

By Luke I assume you are referring to Lucas, the Videoslots rep? If so, maybe addressing him by his real name may be a great starting point in having any concerns resolved.

And I wasn't defending anyone. Is it not fair to assume by your comments that your sole purpose of creating this thread was to get a response from Lucas? Considering the general rule of this site is to allow a rep 48 hours to respond, and you waited all of 1 hour and 17 minutes, all I was suggesting is that you allow the person a little more time to respond. If you have already been in contact with Lucas, and he is denying any responsibility, then your next step would be to investigate the possibility of a PAB.

Maybe you could also reflect on why you would deposit all your available funds into a casino account, not leaving any aside for emergencies that may arise. This is the most intriguing to me of all your comments, yet I still wanted to help, and not judge.

Now sir, I wish you well, but judging by the bite mark you left in my throat, I leave you to your own angry devices, and couldn't really care less if your issue gets resolved. Goodbye and good luck. :)

I used to work at a bank and this case is simple. The 12 AUD was charged by your bank. There is an incoming wire fee at every bank just as there is a fee to send a wire out. A sender can make all the outgoing wire fees for their account but what the receiver's bank charges for incoming wire transactions is out of anybody's control.

I didn’t mean to be rude to anyone.... so apologies to anyone who was offended! I’ll take the infraction on the chin!

But it still doesn’t change the fact that Videoslots will not acknowledge the $24 loss on both withdrawals.!

Yes I have contacted my bank. They refer me to Westpac which was the incoming bank. Westpac refers me back to either Videoslots... or my bank!

I withdraw to my bank account (not Westpac) all the time and yet never have issues!

I have never received a written copy of a withdrawal. Yet this time I did. A hard copy from MY bank... a deposit made by Westpac to MY bank... less the $12.

Luke... you have tried to help it’s true. But you have been condescending often in emails. I’ve scanned the letters... and all over $24 you decided to belittle me at times by informing me of the most obvious things such as contact your bank. Well, I did that yet you ignored it.

My objective here is to warn others not to withdraw to a bank account if playing at Videoslots.

Simple.

My missus worked in banking for 20 years and there was a thread about this issue I posted in, explaining what happens in IBAN (International Banking) transfers. There's the referrer bank (Videoslots' bank) and often an intermediary bank which handles the wire to the receiving bank (yours.)
So, Lucas has stated their side charges nothing. The intermediary may have made a charge for conversion or a handling fee, but most likely as said YOUR bank has charged a fee. This is quite usual - I sold something via Escrow a year back and there was a $30 fee on a $500 payment to me which I received into my UK£ account because the payment came from outside the EU.
It is NOT down to Videoslots, but a banking fee.....if you use another site like Videoslots and do the same withdrawal, you'll likely see another fee when you get the money. Maybe in the EU we wouldn't see a fee because it's unlikely an intermediary would be used, whereas EU-Canada/USA/Aus/NZ transfers usually do have 3 banks involved as I explained.

"The overseas bank you use to send funds to Australia will charge you a fee, which varies depending on the bank and country. In addition to this fee, we charge $12.00 if your payment is to a Westpac account."

Yes, as I thought, Wedstpac is the intermediary and made the usual charge for an IBAN transfer. Not yours, not Videoslots. Thread over.

Thats right. But the pending time is 3 days. I made two withdrawals and both had three days pending time.
Ah ok, but it is not reversible for three days, he?

Iam a bit confused because the support told me, that my winnings will be in my bank account(wallet e.g.) within 1 Business day.

Can you please tell me, why I had to wait three days?

Hi gagamel,

Good afternoon.

Waiting time of up to 3 days is for the funds to reach your bank account, and not for the withdrawal request to be approved.

Let me know if you understood, or if you have any further questions. ;)

Kind Regards,
Lucas
