By Luke I assume you are referring to Lucas, the Videoslots rep? If so, maybe addressing him by his real name may be a great starting point in having any concerns resolved.

Considering the general rule of this site is to allow a rep 48 hours to respond, and you waited all of 1 hour and 17 minutes, all I was suggesting is that you allow the person a little more time to respond. If you have already been in contact with Lucas, and he is denying any responsibility, then your next step would be to investigate the possibility of a PAB.
Maybe you could also reflect on why you would deposit all your available funds into a casino account, not leaving any aside for emergencies that may arise. This is the most intriguing to me of all your comments, yet I still wanted to help, and not judge.
