Fabulous Vegas, Withdrawal problem

I withdrew 2 withdrawals from fabulous vegas via bacs one on the 9th of December and one on the 12th of December I was advised these take 10 days I have since received the one I withdrew on the 12th but still not got the one withdrawn on the 9th I have sent multiple bank statements to them spoke to multiple people and been told different every time like your withdrawal has been processed yesterday and then it’s with the relevant team and you will receive and update via email when we have found what’s happened anyone any advice on what I can do?

Never heard of that casino before - but there are two bits of very good news for you!

A little investigation revealed that it is owned by News Group - who publish the Sun Newsparer (among others). So it is a properly regulated and licenced UK casino - not some rogue rip-off bandits.

The second bit of good news, is that you have come to the best forum on the internet for getting help with your issue!
If you've reached the end of the road trying to sort it yourself, you should definitely submit a PAB (Player complaint).
