Hi all, thanks for letting me know. I'm looking into this now.
worst platform ever this is the platform that you need a tons of documents to get verified and they say its for therw on safe Shut the fuck off i feel like unsafe now for providing my identity and still cant withdraw it comes to the point that i lost my hope to get the money worth of 800 to 200 dollars. i think they want to gamble my money until its Gone. Rip off Royal Panda !!

@jonelp - did you even bother to read our forum rules when signing up? It looks like you have chosen to disregard all of them.

If you had bothered to actually read them, you would have seen the NO TOLERANCE POLICY we have on posting complaints like you have just done.

#1 - post your complaint in a tactful manner
#2 - notify the iGaming Representative
#3 remain cool calm and collective.

Where did you go wrong? Everywhere.

If you think this is some platform where you can spew insults and childish rants, this is not it. Consider this a polite warning - thank you,
