PlayOJO, trying to withdraw but endless KYC

So this is my first experience using OJO and I must admit it has been incredibly frustrating. The issue is that I am trying to withdraw my first $500 in winnings and they keep requesting more and more documents for various proofs. I have sent a copy of my drivers license, my passport, my utility bill with my address, my cellular telephone bill with my address, different bank account statements and still they come back with vague requests for more documents. I must admit I feel there is no hope and that I am being scammed. Any help would be appreciated to navigate this

@jcjamieson , have you contacted the casino rep for PlayOJO here on the forums? They are @EGO. Send them a Private Message regarding your issue, they are usually able to get things resolved fairly quickly. Do take into consideration that it is the holiday season so things might move along a little slower than usual.

If that doesn't get the issue resolved we can look into this for you through our complimentary Player Arbitration (PAB) service. Here's a guide to getting started with that: How to submit a Player Arbitration (PAB) Ticket - Casinomeister Forum

If you do proceed please ensure that you have read and will comply with the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures . Failure to comply with the rules could slow, damage or even cancel your PAB.

as requested in the PM we need your OJO username in order to check for you

Hi @Hannunz , it's best to "@" the rep when you want to be sure they see your post. @EGO in this particular case.

For a top rated casino here, they seem to have a few complaints online about problems with kyc and withdrawals. I've deposited there a few times, but never made a withdrawal.

I was thinking of depositing there on the weekend, but the fact that they seem to drag their heels with kyc, I'm probably going to go with another casino.

what you don't hear about are the many thousands of winning players every month who get verified and paid very quickly after submitting the correct documents
maybe you should try and see for yourself ?

I've played at your casino. Never won and withdrawn anything though.

Can I get verified before a withdrawal? If so, then I might do that.

even if you do get verified before a withdrawal, there are a number of checks we have to do when you make the withdrawal.

Could you elaborate what checks you need to make that wouldn't be a part of the normal kyc?

Just curious, because seems like I can get a 100k loan from a bank with less questions than a 200€ withdrawal from an online casino. ;)

I didnt say the checks would not be part of the normal kyc, you may have changed your payment details, your proof of address may be out of date etc so you may be asked to resubmit certain documents before you can get paid. This is normal kyc

''Just curious, because seems like I can get a 100k loan from a bank with less questions than a 200€ withdrawal from an online casino''- i doubt this very much but yes there are a lot of Regulatory rules we have to follow

@jcjamieson , can you confirm that this has been resolved? Please let us know.
