Last night I took a look at Payojo casino. After signing up I searched for important details such as licenses as well as their terms and conditions. I found nothing. I then asked their CS who simply posted a link to a page of them. I suggested that this info was not to be found while logged in and maybe she should inform their tech department in order to rectify it.
Today I received this email.
Hi Colin,
I am Pauline, part of the OJO crew and I am contacting you about our Licencing Info.
I would like to let you know that we display this information when players are logged out, and if you would like to see it when logged in, you can just go to ................ on a different tab to view it.
This suggests that it is a deliberate thing? I could not trust a casino that makes it impossible to find their relevant details while logged in.
