IIRC there isn't a NineCasino rep on the forums.

Recent experience with them has not been good, player complaints have been ignored. Not a great surprise given their Curaçao 1668/JAZ license ; see those horror stories here: 1668/JAZ licensee issues - Casinomeister's Forum: Largest Online Casino Community Since 1998 .

Hey Max, thank you for your reply. That’s a shame as I could do with some serious help.
I have an account manager for nine casino, although she seems to be pretty poor really.
What are my angles of resolution in your opinion my friend.
They owe me 9k+ and I’ve been arguing with them for 9 days since my withdrawels.
Any help gratefully received.

Well, you don't have a lot of options I'm sorry to say. One possibility might be to share some of your exchanges with them here on the forums for our readership can see what you've had to go through. Perhaps they will have comments and/or suggestions.

At some point you might want to let the casino know of the discussion that's taken place here. Probably best to wait a bit for more people to add their comments here but when the time is right the casino people might be interested, and who knows they might even come by to try and explain themselves.

I think they have gone rogue. Some of their practices are very shady indeed and there seems to be lots of genuine bad reviews on trustpilot of late.
I would keep your hopes of seeing any cash from them low tbh. Sorry.

i think one streamer named slot spinner promoting it through his page
he is a reasonable streamer it seems , may be worth asking him for help

and also think and affiliate uploads mashup of streamer videos (grounds)
do promotion on this casino
