Kwiff Casino - which has been hanging about for the past year - is now going to give it a go to become an Accredited Casino at Casinomeister!

They are UK facing and have sports as well

Their team members are here to answer any questions or assist at all - but I foresee an easy BBF. They have been online for over a year now, and we have had zero PABs nor complaints posted in our forum.

So finally a UK facing casino that should be able to cut the mustard here. You can read their review: Kwiff Casino Review.

Or sign up here: Kwiff Casino

And their casino rep: Team Kwiff

And then make your comments or observations here in this thread. How is their customer support? How is the signup process? How is the payout speed (hoping there are some payouts :p). Please let us know.

How goes your user experience?

30 day BBF. If all goes well in the next 30 days, we'll have a new Accredited Casino.

What say you?

Casinomeister reviews UK licensed casinos - don't be a fool and get ripped off by the Rogues!
Why do I need to be logged in to see what slots are available? This pops up when I press the Slots option from the top menu:

I’m going to hazard a guess that they are doing this to ensure only age verified players are seeing the content, rather than editing the games which are deemed to be attractive to underage players.

Kind of get that, but it doesn't help those that want to have a look at their offerings first before deciding to sign up

They happily show content under their live games and table games sections though, and I would have thought that something like Crazy Time would be immensely attractive to the underage?

Hey guys,

Many thanks for the warm welcome!

@interlog unfortunately this is due to UK regulations and @Mark_Lottomart is completely right here, we are hiding any content that could attract minors. We do have over 2000 Slots live and the risk of a violation is very high.

But we are here to get your feedback and happy to discuss internally and externally what we can do here.

@satchnz following you here as well with your argumentation, game shows are getting more colourful but still not as much as slot games do. With RTPs we are trying to hit the middle ground and taking usually a reasonable range between 94% and 96% where available, nevertheless, the min. deposit is quite low, you can participate in the welcome offer with just £20 and be able to check all RTPs once you got a fully functional account.

How about you at least list the names / logos of the slot providers you have on offer. If I was interested in playing NoLimit slots only, I wouldn't even know if you offer them.

@interlog I think @Casinomeister is working on an update of our review and updating the provider/studio list, besides that it is a project we are trying to complete for a while now to have all studio logos on the site but it is a lenghty one. In the meantime, I will just drop the list here :)

Thanks for the information. I completely missed this casino out of sight

£500 on £1 and £2 spins and one bonus on £1 paying £25. I don't expect a lot but this is now the state of slots, all or nothing.

Awarded 40 free spins on book of the dead and won 75p eventually, the site via browser wouldn't let me press OK on the prompt telling me I have 40 spins to play, got it working on mobile eventually but was not ideal.

Website easy to navigate but can't comment on anything else as yet.

Hi I joined Kwiff Casino last week after seeing it here on BBF here and I have to say it is by far one of the better online casinos.. and I've joined plenty, great amount of slots and games also a recently played section which some casinos dont have for some stupid reason.. after a few deposits and I made a withdrawal and they just requested i.d and p.o.a, went throught in minutes no hassles... as most of you know some of the accredited casinos here really put you through hoops tryin to get your account verified, i.e selfies with i.d while making it clear you're holding the i.d near your face while ensuring it is you holding the i.d not someone else.... etc.

Overall I highly recommend.

Given the issues @steveyboy is experiencing in the other thread, I wanted to highlight this as it appears to be the start of a trend...

Looking beyond CM this does seem to be a common theme sadly:
  • People being asked for identity documents at or suspiciously close to the point of withdrawal - which is likely against UKGC guidance, when they reasonable could - and should - have been asked for earlier.
From D.5.4 of their

... and indeed they've cited the

in reviews as reason for this rule. The problem is, that isn't what the guidance says at all, namely because they've ignored that recycled wins are discounted from the calculation (so it's closer to - but not precisely - €2000 of deposits or net wins, withdrawals or net losses).

  • people being asked for bank statements and other intrusive documents for modest withdrawals - probably linked to the same CDD issue above.
  • and then, plenty of reports of 72h+ waits for the additional checks to be completed - with the withdrawal held in the interim.
Probably not severe enough to derail the BBF, but I'd hope would be taken into consideration for the review / rating, particularly given the wider Source of Wealth / EDD discussions across the UKGC space.

Hey @jasonuk

It is not on us to make any statements about regulations; we just need to stick to these wherever they apply.

The UKGC has not restricted companies from asking their players for identity documents, and there are different reasons why we can ask for documentation of our players.

That is why we do not want to make general statements about thresholds and the construction of these because there are different cases based on gameplay, payment methods, deposit sizes, etc.

Joined a month ago, really impressive withdrawal times, in some cases instant. Never had this before I was amazed. No requests for SOW but they have done credit checks which I would expect, I have a perfect score and most of the ID stuff is confirmed on my credit record, so am guessing to a certain extent they have all they need for the moment. Definitely one of my top casinos at the moment.
