Icecasino - Punished for old deposits, lost to fast

My GF today made a whitdrawal at icecasino.com, around 900 euro. She had 1100 euro on the account. The 900 was deducted from her account, according to the statement, but only around 23 euro was left there. She contacted support, who told her, since she had lost some deposits fast, she would be penalized, and deducted 20% of the whitdrawal. Yes, the deposits must be wagered 2x not to be deducted, and old deposits counts too ??? So in reality, she is beeing punished for loosing her deposits to fast, 20% of the whitdrawal.
Me and her have been playing casinos for over 10 years now, and never had any other casinos do this. Sure, many casinos have fees, we have no problems whit that, but a fee for loosing ur money to fast is just wierd. So she lost 200 euro becouse of old deposits, she lost to fast.
She had 3 deposits that day, 100 euro each, so the turnover for those would be 600 euro. She had a turnover way above that, but older deposits counts too.

Then i think the logic should be on deposit bonus aswell, deposit 100 euro, get 200 euro, turnover 50x, if you do not make the turnover, the wagering/turnover should be applied to ur next none bonus deposit aswell.

So folks, if you like too be kicked in the ass for loosing ur deposit too fast, icecasino will help you whit that.

She has decided she dosnt like to be kicked in the gut for loosing to fast, so she will now be playing at another casino, a place where she is not penalized for loosing to fast LOL

Wow. That's really ludicrous. If it is true, then she needs to run away from them as fast as she can.

So, if you deposit a 1000k (1 Mill) and buy a bonus for that amount, and you win 0, you will still have to wager/turnover another 1000k (1 mill), so you wont be charged 20%. So, if you decide to play 100 euro from now on, you have a long way to get to that 1 million turnover/wagering to avoid that 20% fee every cashout, crazy. If the deposit is lost, it's lost, why should there be a turnover/wagering req from it ?

1-3x deposit wagering is pretty widespread, but demanding to wager lost deposits is a new scammy-like technique to keep players' money.

Please note that I contacted Dama about this, they said "no way" should such a policy be in place and the casino promptly reversed their actions against the player.
