I for one can vouch that casinoluck is quick on wd's and have improved tremendously since they added other softwares aswell, i'm a member since they only had netent and have had no issues. As before they never had live chat which they added aswell to keep players happy

The only issue i have had is with achievements lost aswell which is ever so frustrating as since then i have had 4 bonus rounds and have to choose 5x 10 spins as no other option available, as this is high variance than my usual michael round so i have won 0x, 3x, and i think once 13x

With 20 spins in playboy or immortal romance rolling reels features i atleast get 30x and at worst 15-20x this is quite frustrating

But as the rep said they are in contact with mg and i got the same reply from support some time back i hope this will get sorted and old and new achievements merged as while waiting for them the money i wasted on these achievements should also be counted and bonus rounds added to unlock extra if and where possible

Next casino and casinoluck are the only 2 casinos where i have encountered this problem and sure hope these people are trying to fix it like they say and i think they are because they uptil now are running a honest business

@ Eric - Can you confirm that the restriction of a $100 max cash out on Free Spins has been removed from the terms. As far as I am aware, it was always the case with Casino Luck (and Next)

I dont think that restriction applies to depositing players as not long ago about 2 months ago i won 1.5pounds on free spins and had a great win of 187quid of 20p bet on gonzo and after meeting the requirements i withdrew 180 but this was at next casino

yesterday night took the welcome with 76eur dep and played.
the only problem is the atrocious lag. i know is OddsMatrix problem but i think this rids off all new casino players which first time decide to play net ent slots because it may smell fishy seeing the reels taking so long. i broke my words staying away from IR so i played. it felt like wild desire is coming every hand because of the lag. As I wrote in an earlier post, the winnings from these 100 welcome free spins is the only bonus we cannot technically show the remaining WR for in the available bonus section. We are currently working on a feature for this though. These free spins winnings will be locked into the Netent games until the 30x WR is cleared. If you are technically able to request a withdrawal, that means the funds have been released to your casino base account and thus the WR has been cleared. You will never be put into a situation where you technically can make a withdrawal and risk losing/voiding any funds with these free spins winnings.

p.s. All other bonuses like deposit bonuses, loyalty bonuses, reload bonuses, free-cash, etc, will be visible in the "available bonus" section and will display the remaining WR updated in real time.

Just wanted to make a mention (still Next related, until Eric opens a Next thread) since it involves Eric:

The free 5 spins? well, lesson is - never poo-poo a free 5 spins. Got those up to a whopping 2k - played down to $500...but $500 is still $500 from FREE.
Minor issue with docs (hadn't realized they just expired on my last birthday, or I'd have run with the 2K, but couldn't withdraw)...but Eric has kindly locked those funds for me so I can withdraw when I update.
