Any rep for 888/William Hill here?

It's basically impossible to get through to them. They have a promo going where they've implemented it on 888 but not William Hill. I'm not an 888 member and don't want to join but it's basically impossible to contact. You wait 20 minutes for the fiirst line support, try to exaplain, they come back with a comment that is irrelevent, you push back, they immediately put you through to supervisor. Supervisor has never answered, one time I waited 2 hours just in case, (I was on my PC anyway), but no the "supervisor" is a black hole.

Is there a "rep" at this forum, or if not here do you know if there is a forum whee they have a "rep". I just want to speak to someone who isn't first line support who will just dismiss me.

You might want to check out our Warnings section:
William Hill invasive KYC, unresponsive to complaints - Casinomeister Forum

And since WillHill is now an 888 property, this applies as well:
888/Cassava: all related properties are ignoring player complaints - Casinomeister Forum

The bottom line is that they've been ignoring complaints and abusing players for a good many years (note the dates on those Warnings). Players keep shovelling the money at them though so they have no reason to change.

And "no", no reps for either here, for obvious reasons.

Why would a promo on 888 be also run on William Hill?
They might be owned by the same company. But will be run as separate entities with different promos etc.

This promo is actually advertised on both sites and is on a table they both use, but is definitely not working on William Hill. I think it's because it has been set up so that the pool of winners is only taken from 888.

Out of curiosity, what is/was the promotion?

Similarly, a shared table does not necessarily mean the promotion runs on both sites - a lot of live casino providers offer per-operator promotions and per-operator opt-in for global promotions. So even if you hear a live table host talking about it, you may not be eligible!
