This was his reply on the 23rd, but it does not take 5 days to fill out a form so something tells me he wont be back.

Thats what I love about Meisterland. If you come in with a legitimate problem you'll get the best possible advice and players/reps alike will bend over backwards to help you. There is no ''Us vs Them'' mentality. It's about fairness and honesty. As soon as you come in telling porkies or being 'economical with the truth' the in-house detectives will soon sort you out.

I advise you to work for a rogue casino as you can come up with such a ridiculous excuse for not PABing. They will hire you as you can help them with excuses for not paying and at the same time making a jab at someone else.

Although it doesn't seem that a PAB has been submitted, we are very familiar with this case.

We are confident that we have sufficient evidence that the player was not acting in a honest manner and therefore feel that our actions are justified.

Unfortunately I am not at liberty to disclose the full details with regards to links to other players, etc but wish to assure you that an extensive investigation was conducted before we acted.

A complaint has also been lodged with eCOGRA and we are awaiting their findings.

As soon as we hear from them I will report in the forum.

Anyway, we have more than enough info on this guy that confirms that he's a multi-account fraudster. These guys aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer, and after dealing with these types for the past several years, they are pretty easy to spot.

A fraudster's biggest mistake is to come here submitting a complaint - PAB or no PAB -there are dots all over the Internet that we can connect. Catch my drift?

As I mentioned earlier, we were willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, and yes that was a purty screen shot. But cheats are cheats, and they don't deserve the time of day.

Could be - but sometimes you just don't know. Identity theft is quite common, and sometimes it's a case of a handful of people posing as hundreds. Or a couple of blokes pretending to be 50 or so.
