32Red Having tech issues?

I wonder why the thread is marked resolved if still issues? Flagging to Bry in case.

See the OP's comment in post #1. We'd received the same request via PM.

Sounds like others are having the same issues so "un-Resolving" seems called for, as does a slight change of thread title to make it relevant to the ongoing issues. ;)
 
I have a very different problem. For the past week i did not have any DOTD offer in my casino lobby, not 25%, nor 50%, nor 100%. Asked support if i am excluded and they said no and i should even have received a promo email on Friday which i never did. They told me i have 100% up to 100 which is strange as for the past years i always had 100% up to 200.

Although support offered me to credit the 100% manually i decided to give it a miss since it is not really clear to anyone what my offer should be. This is for the 100% DOTD:

- until last week: 100% up to 200
- casino lobby: nothing on offer
- support: 100% up to 100

Go figure what is right??? :rolleyes:

Sorry 32Red. But I've had enough, I'm uninstalling, especially after the lag and games freezing up on me, on thursday night/ friday morning.

And I can't even play the browser version. because half of the games i play, won't even load. I just get a black screen, with a blank rectangle for the 'loading bar', and then nothing even attempts to load
 
I have just this minute come off download client and all seemed to be in order Mark :)

Did not play as realised Skrill empty as I went to deposit so gotta go and grab a Paysafe for tonight.

Will report back later in this thread if any probs.

Edit: Banking worked fine, deposited no problem, bonus credited right away. Games loading quickly, spinning fine.

Edit II (about 1 hour after) Games are either not loading or taking forever (Having to re-download individually games I not played for a while, 'favourites' load fine ??)

Well spotted, it was Caribbean Draw Poker on a bet of £2. He's from Oxfordshire and rather pleased as you can imagine!

DOTD issues should now be fixed.

Having problems again too,at first seemed fine but when went to banking at first banking open no problem but after clicking on MasterCard/visa just white blank page tried 3 or 4 times gave up my deposit went to Rizk which so far is a awesome new site again thanks to 32red Tech problem they have lost out on a lot of deposits...tried to deposit when it when the Dish of the day was at 50% bonus but was unable to take advantage of it before it expired think Ill stay away for a few days or so till they get it sorted its irritating me of the all try's and getting no where.
 
After giving up on the resource hungry, error prone old dinosaur that is the viper client, I started playing the browser version of 32Red, and now that's playing up.
Both IR and TSII stop responding during almost every bonus round I've played lately. It's possibly happening with other/all games. but those are the only 2 games I've played to any great extent

The reels just spin constantly
The communication 'vu meter' in the bottom lefthand corner jumps up and down a few times, then goes dead
and no error messages are shown.

The only way to clear it, is to reload the page, which then doesn't reload the game, it logs me out and reloads the lobby page.
But it often forgets the 'save password' and 'auto login' settings. So then gives me the error that my password is wrong.
So I enter my password and reselect 'save password' and 'auto login', and it finally logs into the lobby,
If it doesn't forget the login settings and I get logged in straight away, the sound has been, inexplicably, muted.

I also have to go through the same procedure if I play , say, IR, switch to TSII, and then go back to IR. IR won't load, the green loading bar moves part way along and then just stops.

I do like 32Red, (apart from the withdrawal times, which no one likes, apart from the 32Red management and accountants:D).
But it really is getting harder and harder to maintain a level of loyalty.:(
 
Where I have had problems in the past depositing via the Viper client (and problems withdrawing too!), I have tried the Flash casino, and usually managed to complete the banking transaction there. If you deposit via the Flash casino, you can then go back to Viper and the money will be there - it's the same account!

The only thing more predictable than a weatherman is an economist
