32Red Having tech issues?

    Hi All

    Happily spinning away on IR over 1,000 spins, no problems at all.

    Decide to change game and then the fun starts, games are having to re-download (which is fine as its download client and new PC)

    Problem is its taking forever and when (roughly 15 minutes!) it gets to 99% it just hangs there.

    Multiple PC restarts, multiple casino software restarts and no luck ??

    All browser based stuff is fine tho

    I did have a nice lag free profanity laden video in production until I 'lost my rag' over these issues so that's out the window now! (Closed Bandicam without saving in case this was part of the problem)

    im getting the odd "connection has dropped"

    but my problem over the last 2 days has been when trying to make a deposit the page hangs with the loading screen after you have chosen your deposit method and amount , just get a white page .

    yesterday took me about 7 attempts over an hour before it went through and i tried about 4 times this morning

    rest of my net etc is working fine.

    To be honest I've had a gutful of Viper and MG anyway. Since the flash issues I uninstalled and missed the tourneys for a few days, but now I realize I don't need their 10GB files, constant reloading after updates and all the other BS. I won't be going back, I can play all the MG favourites at multi-platform sites with instant cash-outs. I thought I'd miss Vipers as I've always had them, but now I realize I don't. They seem almost quaint and archaic now.

    and everything else was working fine and loading quick , ie account , points , games etc

    over christmas all deposits , withdraw etc have been quick and smooth

    its just been over the last 2 days

    open bank fine /choose fav method fine / choose amount fine / connecting to 3rd party ie skrill site just hangs with loading then goes white and blank .

    I have the problem that i can not open the banking tap. I always get an error. Same with my mobile, where the HP is not reachable, it loads and loads..
    Someone, especially who is from Germany and a Costumer of the Telekom having the same Problem? I tried 2 PC´s and my Mobile via LTE.

    I agree on the part since the flash issues. Every time I try close the client I have to force close with errors. And its nowt to do with my cookies ;-)
    I'M on a brand new Win 10 laptop which I use for my vice. But Ye Olde Viper is very buggy. Shame as when the games do load they are fast.

    But multi platform browser based gaming is number 1 for me - even if it does lag a bit on certain sites.

    Saying that had a session (miserable one may I add due to quick bust out ) at Guts last night and the games were smooth and fast zero lag.

    Not sure why Casinos hold on to what is a very outdated piece of software. But something about it is very retro and reminds me of my early days of gambling.

    But new blood coming into the game may not see it that way when compared the sleek looking casinos on offer all over the place these days.

    Did you upgrade to win10? If you did, sometimes you can just restart your pc and all problems stop. Reason is that some new updates on win10 fix all problems but you need to restart manually for them to be installed (auto restart is set for 04:00 I think).

    Also, as a side note, look those privacy settings, because win10 kind of preset everything to “ I will sell every last bit to your personal info to everybody that is willing to pay!” :eek:

    Where I have had problems in the past depositing via the Viper client (and problems withdrawing too!), I have tried the Flash casino, and usually managed to complete the banking transaction there. If you deposit via the Flash casino, you can then go back to Viper and the money will be there - it's the same account!

    I have been having issues with deposit aswell, moreso the game re-downloading, it kills the performance of everything on the computer.

    Glad to see this thread as i thought it was just my computer playing up as i had not experienced any lag at 32Red since i bought the new computer but i also kept getting something telling me there was a trojan virus but i thought i had dealt with it.
    I know feck all about computers so not sure what to do really.

    New PC too and boy was it fast and smooth last night, then the 'techies' started....

    Games simply wouldn't load at all for half an hour or so, getting so far and randomly stopping at certain &ages.

    PC and/or casino software restarts worked and then I think the net went offline my end, at which point I imploded :eek:

    I too know very little about these sort of technical issues but to start may suggest trying either the browser version of the casino or maybe a total uninstall/re-install!

    Logged in smooth as silk tonight but wary in case its still playing up like last night. Spoke with a pal in person earlier who also plays @32 and he said his play last night and today has been perfect!!

    Made a deposit earlier no problem but tried 2 times in last 30 min nothing but a white screen so my deposits went to Rizk and videoslots....Sorry 32Red you casino has been a pain to use for sometime now and Its becoming a pain in the arse but the other casinos thank you as there getting my deposits:)

    Having just tried my own solution, I can report that it's a solution to the current error 118 issue in the Viper client.

    I was able to navigate to the promotions tab, opt in, and then access the cashier which worked almost normally (I had to close it as "back to casino" was unresponsive, and the Flash lobby didn't update the balance). Having deposited, I left Flash and went back to the Viper client (same account), and the deposit and DOTD had been credited.

    You have about 9 minutes to get todays DOTD if this issue has been stopping you so far.

    Sorry 32Red. But I've had enough, I'm uninstalling, especially after the lag and games freezing up on me, on thursday night/ friday morning.

    And I can't even play the browser version. because half of the games i play, won't even load. I just get a black screen, with a blank rectangle for the 'loading bar', and then nothing even attempts to load

    I doubt that they are any happier than we are, maybe they will fix their system once and for all....it is usually some what
    of a challenge just to log into the instant games....so slow compared to say Guts or VideoSlots.
