player deposits £50, takes no bonus, contacts Customer Service and is assured no previous bonus issues apply despite still having 0.18 left over from a previous bonus he received. The cashier screen also showed no outstanding wagering was required.
player wins a bit, balance is about £150
player requests a withdrawal ... approved
player receives the payment, but it's £50, not the £150 he'd requested
player goes back and checks his balance: £0
player tries to contact Customer Service several times, no response
player sends in a Pitch-A-Bitch, we try to contact them and get the same: nada!

Seems like a clear cut case of screwy customer support, so the player submitted a PAB to us and Max made an attempt to contact the casino...five times in the course of 2½ weeks. It was only after Casinomeister's Vortran Casino Warning appeared at Youtube that the casino rep in our forum jumped into action.

It turned out that this bonus was a "super sticky" bonus. Blaming junior/newbie management, the player's issue was taken care of by the casino rep in our forum...who must have been aware of the situation before the player submitted his PAB. The player had PMd the casino rep - who did not initially reply, but did so when the video went live.

A day late and a dollar short in my opinion. The lack of responses from this casino makes one wonder if there is a black hole somewhere at Rockbet. Fix it please.
