For the past year, the forum has been besieged with complaints about the Rival powered white label casinos. These are casinos that use Rival centralized support - which has caused more than its share of problems for both players and operators of the white label casinos.

The support is habitually non-responsive or misinformed. White label casinos are no more than glorified affiliate accounts. Players need to avoid these casinos at all costs - affiliates need to find other casinos to promote.
