Kiwi Casino takes a dive
Once Casinomeister's Casino of the Year (2001) it took a dive as soon as it was sold to ICC "ICC Group is an established well known group with vast experience in the online gaming industry", well if they are, they must be on the moon. The management is operating without a clue on how to deal with player issues. Several months ago, there was a complaint about old terms and conditions remaining on their bonus pages that had not been updated. Their Casinomeister forum rep referred these to Kiwi support - WRONG ANSWER. The correct answer would have been to immediately fix what was broken - the page lingered there for weeks - thus they were removed from Casinomeister's Accredited Casino section.

Recently, an affiliate submitted a "Pitch a Bitch" - he wasn't getting paid and was getting the run-around from Gaming Partners. This was his complaint:

On 5th October I contacted Gaming Partners regarding affiliate payments that had not been credited to my account. These were originally paid to me by cheque, however as they were in USD, it was agreed that they would be cancelled and the funds returned to my affiliate account. This was never processed and I had not noticed until I went back over my accounts last year.

The problem seems to be that ICC now own Gaming partners, and they claim it has been very difficult to get this information from previous owners.

There were two payments involved:

2006-04-05 18:20:36 Bank draft

$183.87

2006-11-05 16:23:30 Bank draft

$125.08

There have been a total of 13 email either sent or received on the subject, but as of 29th December, when I received the reply below, I have failed to receive any further response to two further follow up emails.

Hello Affiliate,

I do understand your situation.. The problem is, it happend before Gaming Partners were bought by the ICC group (that is us). Tracking the record of transaction isn't that easy especially when we don't hear anything from the previous person who processed the transaction. You see we are doing everything we can just to help you with this and sort things out.

I'm really sorry if it's taking too long.

Sounds simple - the affiliate is owed $308.95. Over the course of several weeks, no less than 3 emails were sent to the support staff. Only a "looking into it" response was received - which isn't good enough.

This casino group is not recommended until they get their act together.
