Imagine calling a casino support center and asking whether or not their casino is licensed, and being told that they are - but they refuse to disclose where - even though it's on their website.
Weird? Well, yeah - it's weird. I had a dispute from a player for incashcasino.com dating back to October 2003. He was locked out of his account with a balance of $3685. He had attempted to make a withdrawal of $680 when his account was suddenly locked...strange. He tried to resolve this on his own stating:
|
They answered ONLY to my phone calls saying that the account was all in order and that it was very strange that I was unable to login because I am always welcome at their casino and that, before sending the check, they had to check some problems with their systems and that they would have called me once they knew something but they never did it!
About the not answering my emails, they told me (when I called them after 5 non-responded to emails) that I must have something like spamming filters on the e-mails but this is not true: I gave them 7 e-mail addresses and they told me that all the 7 e-mails went back to them!
|
He finally received this message from them:
|

He didn't quite understand this, but they left it at that. The player contacted me, I in turn made an attempt to contact the casino twice in October, once in November and alas I received no reply. I had sort of forgotten about them until the player emailed me in January, wondering if I had heard anything. Well, I never did.
So I said the hell with it, and simply picked up the phone and gave their customer service a call. I spoke with their customer service representative and after introducing myself, I asked them who their software provider was. She said didn't know. Then I asked where she was licensed from. She didn't know. After more inquiries, she got tongue tied and admitted that some woman used to work there but left everything in a mess. She thought she had records of my emails, but she wasn't sure.
I told her about the player's case again, and she said "Oh, the hacker." She said the player could not have one the money he did with a $20 deposit. She thought this player's case was resolved and would check into it.
So apparently to them, this player hacked the system - of course he denies this - and the casino will not provide me nor the player with his play logs - they have only shown me that he had won a substantial amount at craps. So it's probably one of two things, either the casino was hacked by this player - which they have not proven - or there is something wrong with their software
I again asked her how could she run a casino and not know who the software provider was. She said she worked for a Japanese man and he kept this all confidential, the same with the licensing. I asked her again if her casino was licensed, she said yes, the license was in front of her. I asked her to read it to me, she said she couldn't because this was to be kept confidential. She had to get permission from her boss to give me this information. I asked her where she was, she said Venezuela.
So in short, the casino is licensed in Grenada (whatever that means), and with a simple Google search of their customer support number, a list of casinos appears (the ones listed on this page), indicating that these casinos are powered by Max Skyweb software.
In a nutshell, this casino attempts to be much too secretive to my tastes.
This casino is recommended NOT.
