Hype Gaming Casino - No Pay - No Response

Hype: Is ANYONE actually getting paid? I am soo frustrated at this point. Every time I talk to chat I get jerked around. I never get the same answer twice, last week I was told Tuesday, this week it is impossible to tell when I will get it. I am also told it is being held up by the fraud department and being evaluated for playthrough, this when I haven't had a bonus there since it first opened. My deposit was by Visa and my card was charged instantly. But I have to wait god knows how long for the withdrawal.

The problem: On the 9/March/07 I cashed out $2000 at this casino. I sent them the documents they asked for on the 22/3. they said later they hadn't recieved them so I sent them again on the 31/3. The casino approved accepting them but haven't paied me yet. When I asked them several times how long it should take, they kept saying me that the withdrawal is in progress and that they dont know when the money should arrive. It is now the 15/April and no money has arrived yet. I use Neteller so there is no reason for is to take so long.

The problem: Requested payout on February 7th. No answers to emails Tristan included or pms. No word as of yet on request. I have sent numerous emails to support, online support, pms here to Tristan and Justin to no avail or answer except kwblue who has tried to help me I think. At least he answers me. $7500 Thanks
