Hippojo Casino - No Pay - Slow Pay

Player's complaint:
The problem: On 12th August,I deposited €100 and made it €700.I have met the wagering requirement and made an withdrawal request. Then I sent them my documents on the same day.O n the next day I got a confirmation mail that they received my documents. The winnings had deducted from my account on 12th August. They say the winnings will be paid in 72 hours but I have not got it in my Neteller account yet. I e-mailed them 16th August and asked when I would get paid. On the same day, they responded me:

Dear player,
I've forwarded your email onto the accounts department - they'll get back to you as soon as they can.

Since then I have not got any response though I e-mailed them again.

The problem: I submitted a withdrawal request on the 18th June for approx £3700. (press time 8 September) ... despite their website stating a maximum of 72 hours for processing. I have been paid before after delays, but this is the longest yet and they are not giving me any excuses this time - all they say is that they are investigating, I will be paid ASAP etc.
