Warning: Vegas2Web is slow-paying players, claiming "processor problems". We've had a few PAB complaints against these guys recently and they all seem to add up to the same MO: slow-paying players, endless promises that are repeatedly broken, blaming the "processors" but never actually resolving the problems and getting players paid. They claim that they are "working with the players" but the players report back that nothing has been done.

Warning: Smartlive's dodgy practices = no pay.  Smartlive is using some exceedingly dubious methods to handle player complaints, the end result being non-payment of 1000s of Euros/UKP of player winnings. When players press their cases with the casino they are offered fractional pay-offs, BS stories, and lockouts. Players are advised to avoid Smartlive

Warning: Bingo Card, klutzing out and keeping payments.  Bingo Card appears to be confiscating player and affiliate funds for a variety of unsubstantiated reasons. They won't discuss cases with the players and they won't respond to third-party attempts to assist. Players are advised to avoid Bingo Card with extreme prejudice.

Warning: Wonder Bingo: enforcing non-existent Terms, etc.  This will be brief: player came to us with a complaint regarding Wonder Bingo and related sites -- "bingopalace.co.uk, 24hourbingo.com, astrobingo.co.uk and others" -- wherein they were booted off the network due to "a rule" that apparently says "it is not permitted to play with more than one account per day on any networked game." We tried to contact the site but received no response. We could find no such "rule" in the Terms & Conditions, nor any reference to a "network", but we did find this:

Warning: Best Casino denying withdrawals, non-responsive  A player came to us after the casino had denied a €1800 withdrawal claiming "we need to verify your credit card with the bank before we do any payouts". They then returned the player's deposits, locked the account and refused to provide further information or respond to the player's attempts to communicate.

We received the PAB, forwarded the details to the casino, and heard nothing back even after several attempts.

Warning: Slots Jackpot: no pay, Support non-responsive  A player came to us with an issue where they had won €9000 at slots. The casino paid some of it then locked the player out and wouldn't respond to phone, chat or email. This went on for eight months before the player filed a Pitch-A-Bitch. We tried several times to get a response from the casino but they completely ignored us.
