Top speed poker - No Response to player complaints - no pay

I made a withdrawal on 11/10/2007 for $780.14. They claimed they were having problems with Epassporte. So the only option avaliable to me was a withdrawal by check since I live in the United States.

On their website they list a withdrawal by check taking 4-5 weeks. So after 5 weeks and no check I started emailing support. I sent an email to cashier@topspeedpoker.com (12/15/), support@topspeedpoker.com (12/19), support@junglepoker.com (12/20). I have yet to receive a response from all 3 (1/02).

So I started searching the forums. It seems nearly everyone that has cashed out after about 11/01/07 is still waiting for their withdrawal. The stories I read about it say they get responses from support stating it is a technical problem and it should be cleared up in a few days. Than the 'deadline' arrives and they give another date by which withdrawals will be made which they do not honor.

I think everyone on the Digital Gaming Systems Network poker sites aren't getting their withdrawals. At least it looks like it from a 2+2 forum thread.

The only one person I got a hold of was a Steven through Live Support. I expected a response like 'the check is in the mail' or just a few more days or a few more weeks, like everyone else I have heard of has gotten. I just wanted to make sure that my account and withdrawal was in good standing and that it is going to be processed. He told me that checks take 6-8 weeks. But I doubt a check is coming.
