Personal reasons cited for Gomez resignation
 

Gibraltar-based Party Gaming plc has announced the resignation 'for personal reasons' of one of its non-executive directors.

Emilio Gomez joined the board late 2007, and his resignation takes immediate effect, the statement advises.

Following his departure the Board of Directors once again has a balance of independent and non-independent directors (excluding the chairman) and therefore complies with the Combined Code on Corporate Governance.
