LEGAL HASSLES FOR POKER TELEVISION SHOW

Face the Ace concept challenged
 

Face the Ace, an NBC gameshow that pits participating poker players against concealed poker stars, faces litigation from one Brandon McSmith this week, who has launched a copyright damages claim of $85 million, alleging that production company Poker Productions 'stole' the concept from him.

The legal action was reported in TMZ.com recently in an article that also pointed to the disappointing audience response the new show has received.
