MULTILINGUAL SITES FOR FULL TILT POKER
7 September 2007
European ambitions for US facing online poker room
In a move that is interpreted widely as a growing
ambition to corner more of the European market, Full
Tilt Poker is currently launching multilingual versions
of its poker offering.
Full Tilt is one of the few sites daring enough to
continue servicing US online poker players from its
offshore base, and has reaped significant business
rewards for doing so. Now it will be available in
French, German, Spanish and Dutch language options.
Existing players will be prompted to download an update
next time they visit the site. New players will
automatically download the updated version of the
software. When the new version is installed, a tab
titled "Languages" will appear in the top menu, and
players will be empowered to choose a language from a
dropdown menu.
