Two to face charges
According to the Dayton, Ohio Daily News the local law
enforcement in Montgomery County raided and shut down an
Internet cafe which made online games of chance
available to patrons on some 50 PCs.
Trading as
the Player's Internet Cafe, the establishment was
operating less than a mile away from the sheriff's
office.
Owner-operator Ghazwan Briko, 44, and
Sonia Perez, 36, his assistant, face charges of
misdemeanor operation of a gambling house, sheriff’s
Chief Deputy Mike Nolan told the newspaper.
