Using Playerati, a percentage of each win goes to a charity chosen by the player, whilst the host takes a cut of total winnings - which could reach several millions.

Perhaps appropriately, "Playerati" translates as "Play Wisely" and the website carries the Gamcare logo for responsible gambling.
