SHAREHOLDERS APPROVE NEW NETELLER IDENTITY

Switch to NEOVIA branding to take place soon

 

Online payments provider Neteller plc obtained shareholder approval to change its corporate identity to the new brand NEOVIA Financial plc at an Extraordinary General Meeting this week.

The name change will become effective on the issue of a Certificate of Incorporation of Change of Name by the Companies Registry in the Isle of Man. The company's management expects confirmation to be forthcoming shortly and will make a further announcement at that time.
