Shirt sponsorship deals signed with Bolton Wanderers and Wigan Athletic
 

In-play online football betting specialist 188BET has signed a double shirt sponsorship deal with UK Premier League football clubs Bolton Wanderers and Wigan Athletic. The deal will run for the next two seasons, with the new kits worn for the first time by each team in their last home game of this current Premier League campaign.

188BET is expected to target deals with other Premier League clubs. The company, which has a large customer base in Asia and is set to launch an assault on the European market, reports The Guardian newspaper.

"We are delighted to be partnering with Bolton Wanderers and Wigan Athletic, both of whom offer 188BET significant brand exposure in the world's greatest football league," said Andy Scott, chief executive of the company, which is based in the Isle of Man.

"We have ambitious plans to develop our brand across Europe over the next two years and are excited about working with our new partners to drive this forward."
