Canadian firm gets into European processing

The lucrative if confusing European payment processing sector will soon see Canadian competition following an announcement that Vancouver-based payZILLA Technologies Inc, has acquired the European facing payZ EU firm.

payZILLA Technologies is a provider of online payment technologies, products and services, making a good fit for payZ EU payment systems, which specialise in European online gaming and "...other high risk online payment processing."

The company says that the two companies will work as one cohesive unit "...to expand offerings and better serve clients."

Surprisingly, bearing in mind the high value of trust to a financial operating company, payZILLA Technologies Inc. has no upfront information on the identity of its CEO, who nevertheless comments: "It is our expectation that payZ EU will reach new heights that will enhance the success of our users and merchants and establish payZ EU as a leading supplier of payment processing and online money transfer solutions for the markets it serves."

According to the unnamed CEO, the implementation of payZILLA Technologies Inc.'s payment systems into the payZ EU Platform has been seamless.

Other companies with which payZILLA Technologies is associated are e-commerce firm Offshore Processing.com, Virtu-Pay.com and a gambling software developer called Casino Gaming Solutions - all based in Vancouver.
