Author and poker ace Daniel Negreanu leaves Full Contact Poker soon

The famous American poker star and author Daniel Negreanu, who has been the public "face" of Full Contact Poker which he owned at one time, will soon be considering other endorsement deals as his contract with Full Contact comes to an end.

The star's public relations consultants told Casino City this week that Negreanu will consider other endorsement opportunities: "We haven't made any decisions but likely will soon," Brian Balsbaugh, CEO of Negreanu's management firm Poker Royalty revealed. "As you can imagine, Daniel is a hot commodity."

Full Contact's apparent reluctance to re-sign Negreanu is similar to Absolute Poker's move earlier this year to release their endorsement deals with poker players and focus on alternative advertising, opines Casino City.

Negreanu interacts with players and updates both his written and video blogs at Full Contact almost daily.
