The small BLR software-powered sportsbook Betjoint.com
has been acquired by BetCris subsidiary Bookmaker.com
according to an announcement from the latter, which did
not disclose details of the deal.
Bookmaker
management told Sports Book Review that it expects to
have the BetJoint website working on the Bookmaker
servers shortly. Betjoint players will be faced with a
condition in the transfer, in which Bookmaker will take
over Betjoint player balances - a 3 time play-through of
player funds. In return, all player funds will be fully
secured by the acquiring company.
The move
broadens the offering to Betjoint players, as Bookmakers
offer access to a diverse choice of platforms that
includes sportsbook, casino, poker, racebook, bingo and
mobile betting, together with a full range of player
facilities such as promotions and a loyalty program.
